    @vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness This was not a fault. It was planned maintenance works. As a business customer I should have been informed, but I wasn't and I lost hundreds of pounds 🙃 Virgin Media have, out of kindness, refunded me £2.30 🙃🙃🙃

    better and better. 6 months of problems and @virginmedia quibble over compensation so now with arbitrators. Now just saw my mobile bill and i’ve been charged £55 for being on hold for the guts of 1h55min trying to sort out their mess. Just fantastic. Thanks @virginmedia

    @virginmedia hi I took out a sim only nearly a year ago in the promise I could upgrade after three months that obviously didn’t happen, it’s up on 19/2 do I need to cancel with you or will it cancel automatically

    @SumayyaBfd @JustMeBeingMe4 @virginmedia I would recommend Utility Warehouse as they provide discounts for more utilities and other sustainability things and their customer service are really responsive, even during lockdown.

    @virginmedia Basically I took out a sim only being told I could upgrade after 3 months that was 11 months ago. So when my contract is up in feb how do I cancel it as other providers will give me the contract

    @virginmedia Yeah that’s what is said every time. I’m still paying full price for a substandard service. Between each outage I have intermittent service but whenever I call they say it’s fine. How to I make an official complaint? I want out of my contract.

    @virginmedia I was issued with a Super Hub 4 (which worked for about 7 hours and then randomly broke down), and yes, I have notified the cancellation team, yes.

    @VirginMediaIE NO TV, NO BROADBAND, NO PHONE you won't send the technician back out to fix the issue. DON'T GET VIRGIN MEDIA PEOPLE, they're a mess, but you bet I'll be fully charged on my next bill when it's hasn't worked for 2 days now.

    What the ACTUAL ****? My broadband bill with @virginmedia has gone up £6 since last month.... I think I need to make a phone call on Monday I can't afford nearly £40 a month for Broadband

    @virginmedia Hi, I’ve moved house, and services are activated to start on 28th June, but not started, told after 7 days that Virgin Media need to replace underground cables, I’ve no clue when services would be up again. Need urgent help as my work is being impacted.
