better and better. 6 months of problems and @virginmedia quibble over compensation so now with arbitrators. Now just saw my mobile bill and i’ve been charged £55 for being on hold for the guts of 1h55min trying to sort out their mess. Just fantastic. Thanks @virginmedia

@vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness This was not a fault. It was planned maintenance works. As a business customer I should have been informed, but I wasn't and I lost hundreds of pounds 🙃 Virgin Media have, out of kindness, refunded me £2.30 🙃🙃🙃

@virginmedia Basically I took out a sim only being told I could upgrade after 3 months that was 11 months ago. So when my contract is up in feb how do I cancel it as other providers will give me the contract

@SumayyaBfd @JustMeBeingMe4 @virginmedia I would recommend Utility Warehouse as they provide discounts for more utilities and other sustainability things and their customer service are really responsive, even during lockdown.

Thank you #virginmedia for shitting in my day. I have been trying to just cancel my account with #virginmedia and being transferred from one department to another which is wasted my day with a stupid tape record for more than 1 hour every time. Adding the call screenshot.

@virginmedia why am I receiving numerous calls telling me that my service is going to be cut? When I question the callers (obvs not UK based), they hang up on me? I can't block the numbers as they're coming up private. Also, I'm having massive wifi issues with linked devices.

@virginmedia I’d just like to say I think your customer service is a disgrace. You bring out a new User Interface (360) and then only roll it out to customers on the most expensive package. Your existing UI is garbage and streets behind Sky. Your customers have waited patiently....

@virginmedia absolutely so disappointed with customer services, over 3 hours spent on various phone calls with zero results or help... live chat telling me to call and phone lines telling me to use live chat! Shambolic.

@VirginMediaIE .@VirginMediaIE Thank you, I got a helpful email from you last night, which gave me a number to call. I did, and a young man named Aaron sorted everything out for me. That said Virgin Media really need to fix their communications problems out; we customers don't like it!
