    @virginmedia It is the same message as before: No signal. Check antenna connection. She spoke last night to technical support and was told it seemed to be a problem with her cable and she needed to speak to level 2 technical support.

    @virginmedia We have others open that still haven't been resolved: C-0901211079, C-0501211780, C-101220562, we've not been contacted about any of these. We have another big complaint from 2 years ago that we're still waiting Resolution from.

    @virginmedia No it’s ok thanks I will give it a miss. I have completed a complaint yesterday online although apparently that can take weeks to be resolved, I have tried the support line and my stress rocketed due to me being unable to understand them.

    @virginmedia Hi, I am trying to cancel my sim. I can’t call from my phone as the sim is inactivate (apparently I was sent a new one but I wasn’t) so the old one no longer works but I’m still being charged. I need to cancel yet can’t call to do this.
