better and better. 6 months of problems and @virginmedia quibble over compensation so now with arbitrators. Now just saw my mobile bill and i’ve been charged £55 for being on hold for the guts of 1h55min trying to sort out their mess. Just fantastic. Thanks @virginmedia

@virginmedia - trying to help a colleague get a new Virgin Tivo Remote and the lady at the end of the phone literally said "My system won't let me so please call back in 7 days and try again". Seriously for a remote?

Received an email fm @virginmedia to tell me my complaint had been resolved and closed. Funny how that's the only time I've heard from them and the complaint is extant. V poor customer service.

@virginmedia Since 1400,hours it's been perfect, the outage last month was an administrative error on Virgin Media's side,thank you for your reply. That's how Virgin used to be until just before the Lockdown.

@virginmedia no service since last Thursday which is fab when you work from home! 3rd engineer visit booked for Friday. The call taker today told me in a trembling voice he would be fired if he didn't go through the full diagnostic before booking another engineer visit - true?
