Imagine paying for a service that doesn’t work and then to be told by a “Senior Technical Engineer” @virginmedia “bugger off you motherfu**er”. Excellent work on training your employees on customer service. Oh, and they don’t have a complaints department? 🥴 @Ofcom

@virginmedia There is absolutely no point in calling! Either nobody can help and they’re not sure what’s happening and someone is going to call me back which they never do, or I get hung up on?? I will be cancelling my direct debit. I have never known such incompetence in my life!

@virginmedia @virginmedia We need to submit a complaint re. no internet via an online form? So I have to continue to incur additional data charges on my mobile phone because your call centre staff hang up when we ask to make a complaint. This is beyond ridiculous/ frustrating @MoneyTelegraph
