    @virginmedia Basically I took out a sim only being told I could upgrade after 3 months that was 11 months ago. So when my contract is up in feb how do I cancel it as other providers will give me the contract

    better and better. 6 months of problems and @virginmedia quibble over compensation so now with arbitrators. Now just saw my mobile bill and i’ve been charged £55 for being on hold for the guts of 1h55min trying to sort out their mess. Just fantastic. Thanks @virginmedia

    PS Now is actually kinda good as far as game streaming goes. It's only a tener a month and I rarely had major problems when playing unleashed on it (except adabat lmao that stage is a mess) even with my *****-*** virgin media WiFi.
