@virginmedia Basically I took out a sim only being told I could upgrade after 3 months that was 11 months ago. So when my contract is up in feb how do I cancel it as other providers will give me the contract

better and better. 6 months of problems and @virginmedia quibble over compensation so now with arbitrators. Now just saw my mobile bill and i’ve been charged £55 for being on hold for the guts of 1h55min trying to sort out their mess. Just fantastic. Thanks @virginmedia

@virginmedia hi I took out a sim only nearly a year ago in the promise I could upgrade after three months that obviously didn’t happen, it’s up on 19/2 do I need to cancel with you or will it cancel automatically

@virginmedia To be fair, I’ve had years of fast trouble free broadband + TV. This is the first time in my memory the tv gone down like this. Try talking to sky customers about their internet and tv experiences. It’s lots worse. Never an issue getting hold of someone when I need. Sky lot worse

@virginmedia Absolutely amazed at folks reaction. "Why don't they tell us whats wrong", "website down as well", " Can't get through to helpdesk" It's obviously a major problem affecting lots of customers. How many people do you think they employ to answer the phones? Just let them get with it
