@EdwardJDavey @timleunig @virginmedia Problem is that it's the same across the board. Bad Comms & ridiculous processes to blame in my limited experience.

@virginmedia How many times do I have to go around this circle before someone can actually help me?

  • Conway_NE Conway 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🏡 (@Conway_NE) reported

@virginmedia No the whole estate is back on, but it keeps dropping off we’re not entirely sure we have a long term fix. There is an engineer supposed to be coming to my property on Monday but this is unnecessary and a complete waste of time. The only issue we routinely have is poor WiFi.

  • JessCarrollActs Jessica Carroll (@JessCarrollActs) reported

    It’s a hub issue (it’s not) book a technician.They can’t come for a week. Cancelled the technician, it’s a network issue. Network issue fixed. (It’s not. 3 flats with no wifi). It’s a hub issue book a technician. Cancelled the technician, it’s a network issue…etc @virginmedia 😡

  • Aethiral David (@Aethiral) reported

@virginmedia -it talks about advertised speed vs normal speed. Pre contract says between 505-545 and the contract says between 506-544. But both contracts say the same M500, WiFi Pod and wifi max service.

  • JessCarrollActs Jessica Carroll (@JessCarrollActs) reported

@virginmedia There weren’t for ages. Which was the problem. WE were telling you it wasn’t a hub issue. Days later you said it was a network issue. Then you said it was fixed when it wasn’t so any issues stopped showing up. But it’s not fixed. Now you’re admitting it’s a network issue again.

  • Frakbuddy Chris Bell (@Frakbuddy) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@virginmedia I've managed to get it to reset finally, so whatever issue was niggling seems to have been resolved. Might still need a new router at this rate but will keep an eye on it. Shouldn't need this much work to keep it running (thankfully I'm somewhat tech savvy)

  • Frakbuddy Chris Bell (@Frakbuddy) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@virginmedia The connect app is suddenly working again so it seems like a connected issue.

  • Ragdollcatman Raggycat Rattyman - 🐭🐱 (@Ragdollcatman) reported

@virginmedia The main issue is that I get weird stuff going on with the TiVo box where I need to unplug it and plug it back in because it's either lost signal (turn it on and nothing) or it's lost audio (I have a soundbar connected to my TV)

  • SaadoonAtif Saadoon Atif (@SaadoonAtif) reported

Worst possible customer service from @VirginMegaKSA, no reply to the emails, Dahran store closed for 6 months now, have requested to allow to use the gift card online, but no support whatsoever. @Virgin @virginmedia

  • WarrenSpeed1 Warren Speed (@WarrenSpeed1) reported

@virginmedia 🙄 already have… over the course of 8 months. Spoke to O2 who have told me there are ongoing issues in this area. Was offered to leave my contract as you couldn’t fulfil my contract it but in order to do that, I would have to pay £600 towards my handset before you could cancel.
