@virginmedia hi I took out a sim only nearly a year ago in the promise I could upgrade after three months that obviously didn’t happen, it’s up on 19/2 do I need to cancel with you or will it cancel automatically

better and better. 6 months of problems and @virginmedia quibble over compensation so now with arbitrators. Now just saw my mobile bill and i’ve been charged £55 for being on hold for the guts of 1h55min trying to sort out their mess. Just fantastic. Thanks @virginmedia

@virginmedia Basically I took out a sim only being told I could upgrade after 3 months that was 11 months ago. So when my contract is up in feb how do I cancel it as other providers will give me the contract

@virginmedia Our CEO is working from home, so his will be a residential account. There is a known outage, occurred on the 3rd August fix moved from the 5th to the 6th. Just wondered how long this will happen, Zoom meetings cannot take place. Mobile is too bandwidth-intensive.

Support when it doesn't work! Having forums where customers help each other only gets you so far. Wouldn't recommend GoPro to anyone! Seem to be as useful and considerate as Virgin Media and boy are they next level money grabbing ****s

@virginmedia @virginmedia also shocking your technical team can’t tell the difference between a live or disconnected line!!! Also shocking you don’t have emergency engineers for customers that have ZERO service for 3 consecutive days especially when it’s YOUR error!!! VERY POOR SERVICE!
