better and better. 6 months of problems and @virginmedia quibble over compensation so now with arbitrators. Now just saw my mobile bill and i’ve been charged £55 for being on hold for the guts of 1h55min trying to sort out their mess. Just fantastic. Thanks @virginmedia

@virginmedia @virginmedia where should I start! 6mths of deteriorating speed & drop outs. I’ve turned off, turned on, unplugged, reset, hard reset, had technicians try to fix it and been told a modem has been “ordered”. I’m paying for 350mbps and getting 20-30mbps if I’m lucky #fedup

Hi @virginmedia Is it common practice for your agents to refuse to log a formal complaint? Then disconnect when you ask to speak to a manager? Another 45 minutes wasted. A response would be greatly appreciated.

@virginmedia My uncle has been charged for Sky Sports even though he didn’t order it. I have been told he cannot be refunded. I tried to cancel his package. Astonishingly your colleague ignored my request and sent me details of his new contract which he didn’t agree to

@virginmedia Service status is that it doesn’t work ,maybe it’s the annual £3.50 price hike providing a non super service. I’m getting onto sky just can’t be bothered anymore . just sat staring at a screen with s101 this is every single week there is something wrong.
