    @virginmedia Basically I took out a sim only being told I could upgrade after 3 months that was 11 months ago. So when my contract is up in feb how do I cancel it as other providers will give me the contract

    better and better. 6 months of problems and @virginmedia quibble over compensation so now with arbitrators. Now just saw my mobile bill and i’ve been charged £55 for being on hold for the guts of 1h55min trying to sort out their mess. Just fantastic. Thanks @virginmedia

    @virginmedia hi I took out a sim only nearly a year ago in the promise I could upgrade after three months that obviously didn’t happen, it’s up on 19/2 do I need to cancel with you or will it cancel automatically

    @VirginMedia 2/2 I have done everything available to me as a customer, yet these emails continue to arrive. At what point does the provider step in and improve the filtering? Can somebody please investigate why these messages keep getting through?

    @gblondon1 @skytv @virginmedia Like people have said you’ll be back to Sky within 2 years. Me and the Mrs had Virgin we were paying something like £87 a month for the full package come renewal price they wanted £213 a month for the same package claiming the £87 was a new customer only deal
