    better and better. 6 months of problems and @virginmedia quibble over compensation so now with arbitrators. Now just saw my mobile bill and i’ve been charged £55 for being on hold for the guts of 1h55min trying to sort out their mess. Just fantastic. Thanks @virginmedia

    @SumayyaBfd @JustMeBeingMe4 @virginmedia I would recommend Utility Warehouse as they provide discounts for more utilities and other sustainability things and their customer service are really responsive, even during lockdown.

    @virginmedia @MoneySupermkt I've switched, I'm getting an Openreach FTTP line installed in a couple of weeks 👍 I've gone through BT, not sure if I'll stick with them, or just cancel within the 14 days - but that line gives me access to tons more ISPs. Latency will be way better than old Virgin coax too.

    Ad it with @virginmedia £260 a month predators Been with the for 20 years (NTL years) and they thank you by robbing you.. Cancel your virgin because better exists.

    Why are you managing the worst levels of service. Utterly shambolic. Frustrating and embarrassing. I look forward to the next fine being enough to get you to treat customers as customers in the future. Just spent 45 minutes begging for a service engineer to come. @virginmedia

    @DeviateDefiant @virginmedia @MoneySupermkt Nah, cancel. I’ve done it after being with them for 5 years paid £75+ as I had TVPackage as well. Went with Community Fibre 1Gbps. £27 p/m. No dramas

    @DeviateDefiant @virginmedia @MoneySupermkt I went to FTTP and had no end of issues with it switched back to virgin after the cut off however i had to do it as a new customer my wife for me to get that said deal same house same last name and thats how i got around it do it every year now ball ache but saves you thousands
