@SumayyaBfd @JustMeBeingMe4 @virginmedia I would recommend Utility Warehouse as they provide discounts for more utilities and other sustainability things and their customer service are really responsive, even during lockdown.

@virginmedia Hi apologies … just re read .. typo …I have the old original hub been having problems as children are using the internet in multiple devices the hub seems to be slowing down the internet .. my neighbour has the new version of the hub could I get an upgrade

@virginmedia Hi. Still trying to get this sorted. Are you able to help in any way? Still not connected and it’s not looking likely to happen for now due to issues with cabling. Decided to cancel as I need Wi-Fi for work and cannot wait.Obstacle upon obstacle. Best way to do this please?

A month later. Kelly Communications turns up to fix the cable that had been patched by a @virginmedia engineer. Guess who has no internet again? Two more days to wait for another engineer.

@sir_edman @virginmedia My WiFi has been disconnecting and reconnecting constantly for hours now, says everything is fine on the app but there are issues with my devices, try to fix them and then it kicks me off the app 😑

@virginmedia My superhub 3 has broken complete (won't power on) and I'm trying to see if I can use an old superhub 2 while I wait for an engineer callout. The superhub 2 is powered on and connected but it's being refused from connecting to the Virgin Network.
