@virginmedia for the last few weeks my internet has been absolutely useless, cuts out 3-6 times per day, I work from home so a good connection is vital to me and I don't understand why I am paying you so much for a service that does not work.

Sigh. @virginmedia down. Again. Funny how their system outages don’t stop them putting the prices up. They still ignore complaints though. Utter shambles.

@virginmedia it’s quite rude to end a call when you’re on hold when the only way to cancel an account is to actually ring you

@virginmedia Hi, I just phoned to discuss cancelling service owing to cost and was told that no other wifi supplier is doing installations until April at the earliest (all part of a generally horrible hard sell).. Are you telling your customer service people to say this? Is it true

@virginmedia thanks - these calls are to my mobile. However, I could do with speaking to you as my router is causing us wifi issues.

@virginmedia I'm trying to cancel my contract and after giving all my info to one of your agents, he passed me on to another department who hung up on me. How is it possible at this day and age that we need to call in to cancel a contract?? Please advise as I already spent an hour waiting.
