    better and better. 6 months of problems and @virginmedia quibble over compensation so now with arbitrators. Now just saw my mobile bill and i’ve been charged £55 for being on hold for the guts of 1h55min trying to sort out their mess. Just fantastic. Thanks @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Basically I took out a sim only being told I could upgrade after 3 months that was 11 months ago. So when my contract is up in feb how do I cancel it as other providers will give me the contract

    @SumayyaBfd @JustMeBeingMe4 @virginmedia I would recommend Utility Warehouse as they provide discounts for more utilities and other sustainability things and their customer service are really responsive, even during lockdown.

    @virginmedia hi I took out a sim only nearly a year ago in the promise I could upgrade after three months that obviously didn’t happen, it’s up on 19/2 do I need to cancel with you or will it cancel automatically

    @virginmedia The parcel arrived but won't know how effective it is for another four hours. Still think something's interfering with the signal although the bad weather seems the most likely factor.

    @virginmedia Do you think that's good enough? How many customers use Twitter? Do you think many older people use Twitter? Poor business in my opinion, decisions probably made by the younger generation, or someone not capable of doing a decent job. IMO quality of service is getting poor.

    Ppl if you're thinking of switching to @virginmedia 1 gig dont the #superhub4 is broken it cannot route the speed properly to the ports switches or wireless. Smart wifi is a joke the booster pods won't work either unless u use #Smartwifi Stick to #superhub3

    @virginmedia Yes, you did that by asking me my email, last bill date, bill amount and characters from my password. Please explain why I then need to give a stranger my bank details to ask a question about a fault on my TV service. Need to keep my account secure too!

    @virginmedia Terrible state of broadband service in South West London. Internet connections have been down since 8 AM. Customer Service acknowledging the outage without being able to explain what the underlying reasons are. Claim repair will complete by the 10th of December!

    @virginmedia My Mum has PAYG which you are stopping soon. There is still some balance on the account which won't be used before it shuts down, so we need to organise the transfer. The only problem is, when we called 789 it asked us who the account holder is (no idea) & the password (ditto)

    @virginmedia I can manually select virgin but it leaves me with no signal, just wifi calling
