    @virginmedia Basically I took out a sim only being told I could upgrade after 3 months that was 11 months ago. So when my contract is up in feb how do I cancel it as other providers will give me the contract

    @SumayyaBfd @JustMeBeingMe4 @virginmedia I would recommend Utility Warehouse as they provide discounts for more utilities and other sustainability things and their customer service are really responsive, even during lockdown.

    @virginmedia hi I took out a sim only nearly a year ago in the promise I could upgrade after three months that obviously didn’t happen, it’s up on 19/2 do I need to cancel with you or will it cancel automatically

    better and better. 6 months of problems and @virginmedia quibble over compensation so now with arbitrators. Now just saw my mobile bill and i’ve been charged £55 for being on hold for the guts of 1h55min trying to sort out their mess. Just fantastic. Thanks @virginmedia

    @virginmedia It's not acceptable, this has been ongoing since April, virgin confirmed with me yesterday. They should know what is happening. It's just excuses each time. Now I have to wait 72 hours for a response to my complaint. I seriously do not recommend virgin right now.

    @virginmedia No thanks, it's just your standard internet is down day. I got advised to get technical help so when it went down again I have arranged an engineer(not cancelling this time) Online help follows the standard template of lights/reset/service status so obviously nothing resolved.

    @virginmedia hi, I am due to get connected on weds. But you have just cancelled on me, this is the second time. The first time they notified us on the day. This is not acceptable. The agent I just spoke to has raised a complaint, but I'm not happy with this at all.

    @virginmedia Your outage seems to be fixed but still no signal to my Tv and wifi overall extremely sketchy! I don't understand how for a higher spec I'm getting worse coverage!
