@SumayyaBfd @JustMeBeingMe4 @virginmedia I would recommend Utility Warehouse as they provide discounts for more utilities and other sustainability things and their customer service are really responsive, even during lockdown.

  • cornisheventing cornish events (@cornisheventing) reported from Redruth, England

@virginmedia Basically I took out a sim only being told I could upgrade after 3 months that was 11 months ago. So when my contract is up in feb how do I cancel it as other providers will give me the contract

  • grannyluvsdub grannyluvsdub (@grannyluvsdub) reported from Porthtowan, England

@EdwardJDavey @timleunig @virginmedia Problem is that it's the same across the board. Bad Comms & ridiculous processes to blame in my limited experience.

  • TRIMATINES Trishs mobile hair (@TRIMATINES) reported from Camborne, England

@virginmedia why is it so difficult for you to stop emails going to me for the last 3 years that are not me, I do not have a virgin media account and never have, yet on reporting to you numerous times it hasn’t stopped.

  • NowHearThisUK Now Hear This (@NowHearThisUK) reported from St. Ives, England

better and better. 6 months of problems and @virginmedia quibble over compensation so now with arbitrators. Now just saw my mobile bill and i’ve been charged £55 for being on hold for the guts of 1h55min trying to sort out their mess. Just fantastic. Thanks @virginmedia

  • cornisheventing cornish events (@cornisheventing) reported from Redruth, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • JPryar Jack Pryar (@JPryar) reported

@virginmedia had a call off 0208 304 8040 offering to speed up my internet connection because it genuinely is crap so could do with it improving but when I asked for their number the caller threatened to disconnect my internet and hung up. Not sure if you’re aware of these calls?

  • TUMADRECONHO Tu Madre 🖕 (@TUMADRECONHO) reported

@Andyherb1 @pokeymarley @_HenryBolton You’ve obviously never been with Virgin Media

@virginmedia what's the latest on the service outage in SM3 9ru?

  • DavidShirres David Shirres (@DavidShirres) reported

@virginmedia There is no faults nor any email option on this helpline. From experience phoning it would waste another 20 mins on top of hours I’ve wasted on this issue. All I want to know is what is being done about my web form ref 99542_2484. VM customers have no way of tracking such forms

  • AnkitaLohan Ankita Lohan (@AnkitaLohan) reported

@virginmedia Sad to hear that. I can provide you the details if required. The things are not working the way they are that’s why I have approached you & even you are not happy to help. My services are not up & working from last 18 months. I don’t expect this type of services from you.

  • gnf_boo Mischa/Bee🏳️‍🌈 (@gnf_boo) reported

@virginmedia @VirginMediaIE Thanks, anyone there? I have tried online, phone and whatsapp and nobody can advise if there is an issue in Santry

  • galgertron Greg Gallagher (@galgertron) reported

    @virginmedia No problem

  • QDodger13 QDodger (@QDodger13) reported

If @virginmedia are in your area, regardless of the speed, do not take out a contract with them. You will have a better service from any other provider, you'll get slow, intermittent, unreliable service and they will then refuse to let you leave the contract. Scumbag company.

  • mrgarrett100 Lee Garrett (@mrgarrett100) reported from Worthing, England

@virginmedia you guys are truly the worst... move the service to you with 6 weeks notice and you don't have it ready - suggesting we wait 16 days until you're ready with no service as we've cut the other provider?????
