    @SumayyaBfd @JustMeBeingMe4 @virginmedia I would recommend Utility Warehouse as they provide discounts for more utilities and other sustainability things and their customer service are really responsive, even during lockdown.

    @virginmedia so it’s went from call back after 2pm, then 4pm then tomorrow days and days going by that I can’t cancel my contract and you are making it longer and trying to charge me an EDF fee when I can’t speak to anyone?????? WTF

    @virginmedia And danger of someone answering the phones? On hold for 1 hour 20 minutes. Which is particularly awful because of your abysmal choice of hold music. Oh and because you promised to call me back a week ago! And you have the nerve to put my bill up by £3.25!

    @virginmedia The faults team never resolve anything, are usually placed in a country thousands of miles away and it takes an hour of sitting on hold to talk to them. The default message is ‘we have a very high call volume today‘. Heaven forfend you should employ more staff.

    @virginmedia Just been cut off after trying to get a disconnection from your broadband service. Very frustrating. Would like to go to a new supplier but you make it very difficult!
