better and better. 6 months of problems and @virginmedia quibble over compensation so now with arbitrators. Now just saw my mobile bill and i’ve been charged £55 for being on hold for the guts of 1h55min trying to sort out their mess. Just fantastic. Thanks @virginmedia

@virginmedia I have sent an email to your back office team to launch an investigation of an agent who promised me a $60 credit for a balance I wasn’t apparently suppose to pay. I haven’t heard anything yet and said agent who gave me her employee # never logged the call

@virginmedia Your gadget rescue team who identify the problem (a setting wrong with my router) then force me to enter a subscription to solve a problem that’s preventing me from doing my job, therefor preventing my ability to work. A problem coming from your equipment? Is that ethical?

@virginmedia it was around 9pm last night, which funnily enough is the time your phone lines close so I couldn't even ring to speak to someone and like I said your website functionality is so poor it's impossible to find the webchat function.

@virginmedia Hi. I'll submit a complaint tomorrow. I can understand having a shortage but that's a you problem, it shouldn't be a me problem. As a customer I think I'm being reasonable by expecting what was advertised when I entered into the contract. Cheers.

@virginmedia To say I’m disappointed that an employee never logged the call after promising me a credit and wasting 40 minutes of my time to again not log the call. I’m wondering if your back office team has received my email because I am so devastated with your service

@virginmedia please advise how we can cancel our service with you. We have have called and been transferred to about 10 different departments before being cut off. I love that your customer service matches your broadband service... POOR.
