@kev21261 @mrdanwalker The fact that many people Iive in poverty is not a reason to abolish the BBC licence fee. A commercial service, would be far more expensive and provide far less content (just look at Sky, Virgin Media and BT Sport). And funding through adverts would reduce the income for ITV & C4

31/08/21 is #GoodbyeCNN day. #CNN disappears from Virgin Media and other streaming services in the UK today and becomes a pay-per-view service.

@virginmedia Today is the 4th time in August where my day started without broadband. Extremely poor service. I live in SN2 area. Your help line says that the broadband wont be back until 6:40 PM today. Another day without broadband. After being a loyal customer for 12 years.

@virginmedia Morning, no I didn't contact them as it's so common to lose internet now and get sent round in circles when I do contact them. Asked to leave sooner because of the issues and was told I need to go through a month of no internet to get out my contract fee-free 🙃
