    @virginmedia Many thanks, I would have just liked the person to listen what I was asking. And then he tells me my loyalty counts.... it is nigh on impossible to speak to anyone and I can’t amend package online due to errors

    @kev21261 @mrdanwalker The fact that many people Iive in poverty is not a reason to abolish the BBC licence fee. A commercial service, would be far more expensive and provide far less content (just look at Sky, Virgin Media and BT Sport). And funding through adverts would reduce the income for ITV & C4

    @virginmedia No broadband yesterday or today. Occasionally it works and then drops again. We've tried all the troubleshooting steps, restarting, resetting etc. Please help.

    @virginmedia Tried that, ended up in the same switchboard with the same answer saying the systems down so the PAC didn't go through. Is this to do with PAYG ending soon? Does this affect sim only deals?
