@kev21261 @mrdanwalker The fact that many people Iive in poverty is not a reason to abolish the BBC licence fee. A commercial service, would be far more expensive and provide far less content (just look at Sky, Virgin Media and BT Sport). And funding through adverts would reduce the income for ITV & C4

@virginmedia They are expected back tomorrow, but I've been let down so many times, that I simply don't expect them to turn up. Just don't understand how virgin can make the same mistake 4 times... if I ask for a construction worker I need a construction worker. Virgin sent me 4 fitters like.

@virginmedia Just called. The automated message tells me it’s a “complex issue” and the engineers are “working really hard” to fix it. Generic message as far as I can tell. I’d appreciate more specific detail.
