@virginmedia Many thanks, I would have just liked the person to listen what I was asking. And then he tells me my loyalty counts.... it is nigh on impossible to speak to anyone and I can’t amend package online due to errors

@kev21261 @mrdanwalker The fact that many people Iive in poverty is not a reason to abolish the BBC licence fee. A commercial service, would be far more expensive and provide far less content (just look at Sky, Virgin Media and BT Sport). And funding through adverts would reduce the income for ITV & C4

@ScotEqualiser @virginhelp @virginmedia You’ve spent more time arguing over twitter to which the team who run the social media have very very little resources to use to help you rather than phoning customer services up and getting the issue sorted.

@virginmedia There is still no record of my complaint (4 days after logging for the first time) - I've now attempted to log it 5 times with no success. The complaint ref given is **** and when I click on it the msg is 'nothing to see here'. I'm running out of ideas ... any suggestions?

@virginmedia It has finally been collected- this was at 5pm after sitting in all day. Your collection service is appreciated but in dire need of improvement, it's not good enough to just give a date. Every other collection/delivery service I've used would at least say AM or PM collection.
