@virginmedia Many thanks, I would have just liked the person to listen what I was asking. And then he tells me my loyalty counts.... it is nigh on impossible to speak to anyone and I can’t amend package online due to errors

@kev21261 @mrdanwalker The fact that many people Iive in poverty is not a reason to abolish the BBC licence fee. A commercial service, would be far more expensive and provide far less content (just look at Sky, Virgin Media and BT Sport). And funding through adverts would reduce the income for ITV & C4

OMG @virginmedia it is so hard to get help from you. My TiVo box is broken - tried to book an engineer to fix the problem and your website isn’t working properly. Having jumped through all the hoops and booked a slot it jumps back to we can’t check now???

@vmbusiness very poor service. Services drops at least 1x/day. Slowly resolved by rebooting the hub. This intermittent service is NO GOOD for business. + Your website says" Sorry, we can’t run a test on your services right now, Please try again later." Fix it. now.
