@virginmedia Why have VM given up on Customer Service ? No service for over two days, spent hours on phone - no correct digital updates, 4 failed promises, engineer appt for Fri now next Tue. Staff Rude - no call back from Manager as promised. VM Customer Service Pants !

@virginmedia The number was ported when active, we we're using the number for a couple of weeks, then it got disconnected for no reason, I keep getting advised to wait 5-7 days for the transfer (twice now).I'm on the phone now and been told to wait 24 hours for a call back from this complaint

@virginmedia You called to talk about my package and I said I'm not happy with the amount I'm paying as it's creped up over the years and the WiFi didn't reach all of the house and your representative did nothing to help. 10 years I've been a customer and you have done nothing to help.

@virginmedia Well having had 10 days with complete loss of service, now waiting for engineer to come - 8 til 12 was the time given. Wasted a whole morning so far. It's now 11.12am & he / she isn't here yet. #notbetternotconnected
