    @virginmedia I still think you charge extortionate fees, first of all charging fees like a new customer and restarting a contract when you move and are still using Virgin and then £240 when through no fault of mine you don't cover my new property #ripoffmerchants

    @virginmedia that time when your Virgin mobile has be out for over 24hrs and the support manager is to call you back within 60mins, and that was 90mins! This is not great service 😢

    @virginmedia No I was hung up on after being told it's a complicated issue. Not even one shred of humanity to talk to. Its beyond terrible and should be reported to trading standards. Charging so much money for such a terrible service on wifi???

    @YardleyShooting @edfenergy Most major companies are crap. I'd say it's deliberate.Make it difficult to speak to anyone. I contacted @virginmedia about these problems. Holding on for 45 minutes to get cut off. Or cut off when being transferred. Their solution was to give me the number again 🙄🙄

    @virginmedia It’s gone to ofcom who will run speed tests every hour for 30 days. Which doesn’t help when I can’t even run a computer for the children to complete online homework

    @l1vparkinson @virginmedia @YodelOnline Virgin have always been $h#t for anything they do and I would never use these cowboys, as I've heard so many bad stories about them (remember also that Virgin had their rail franchise stripped?). Richard Branson is also a rogue as he sued the NHS for not getting an IT contract.
