    @virginmedia I still think you charge extortionate fees, first of all charging fees like a new customer and restarting a contract when you move and are still using Virgin and then £240 when through no fault of mine you don't cover my new property #ripoffmerchants

    @TeaKayB @virginmedia My son endured similar circle of hell cancelling his account with them when the Uni’s shut down in person teaching and he returned home. Have numerous screenshots of hr long waiting. In the end, he cancelled his direct debit and complained to Trading Standards.

    @TeaKayB @virginmedia They were quick enough to chase the cancelled payments, but given their shoddy customer service, we were not worried. Sent a letter to their registered address, saying politely ‘go forth’ with the screen shots etc. Would never, ever use @Virginmedia after that experience.

    Hi @virginmedia, I tried to cancel my internet with you over your online chat system a few weeks back. However unfortunately your staff took so long and put me through so many different teams that before I could actually get it cancelled I had to leave to catch a train. 1/2

    @virginmedia you should be ashamed. No phone line but can't send an engineer until Wednesday. Vulnerable person on her own with community alarm which is now unable to connect. I just hope she does not need this service before Wednesday or that will be on you!!

    @virginmedia More delay, customer service said at 9am they could see an order of a new hub in the system, now never an order and all works fine. Dismissed your own technicians failure report and told me to wait for an engineer to arrive with a new hub in another 5 days. Any help?

    @virginmedia i had loss of service for 35 days and your team is offering me only £66.50 in compensation? the ofqual scheme, says £8.40 per calendar day after 2 days of it not being repaired, even at a low estimate of 30 days thats £252? how is that fair?
