@virginmedia I still think you charge extortionate fees, first of all charging fees like a new customer and restarting a contract when you move and are still using Virgin and then £240 when through no fault of mine you don't cover my new property #ripoffmerchants

@virginmedia That I need 3 WiFi pods and there is a speed fault which he can’t fix You only supply 1 pod every 7 days and it takes an hour of my life to get it sorted in your ineffective customer service phone system (use sales number for shortcut to at gets answered!)

@virginmedia Auto message said service put on hold while investigated, but after no on-site investigation follow-up message stated new appointment not til Monday evening. Will be 5 days without broadband including 3 full work days while we all WFH. Unacceptable.

@virginmedia @virginmedia 4 flats without wifi still. All service visits over the weekend cancelled, nothing fixed and new appt given the following week. What’s going on?? Why can’t we have our original appointments? Just feels like you are kicking the bucket down the road!! #CustomerService

@virginmedia The same reason I've been getting for 3 weeks somebody's failure to disconnect the previous service over and over and over again... ZERO accountability, ZERO compensation. I've been forced to go in to my office because I work from home. It's either that or lose a day's work.
