    @virginmedia I still think you charge extortionate fees, first of all charging fees like a new customer and restarting a contract when you move and are still using Virgin and then £240 when through no fault of mine you don't cover my new property #ripoffmerchants

    @om_riff @metalbutty @virginmedia It is but it's much of a muchness. My Dad had Scottish Power, pretty much the same and awful customer service. Threatened to glass him, stole his Buckfast, called him a Proddie etc.

    @virginmedia How do I even raise it? There’s no complaint department on your number, WhatsApp and live chat are useless I’ve never known a company be so difficult to speak to a human being who wants to help!

    @virginmedia I asked to be disconnected after 30 days notice as per normal, on 04 Feb, I was cut off that night, I've had my Internet reconnected and cut-off twice since then, Virgin has double billed me for Feb so just stellar customer service. I've been on hold for 2hrs20min I have no words

    @virginmedia I don’t doubt you! As you can see after 3 calls, the latest one lasted 2hrs 30 min. To resolve it she said I should live chat, and she’s your manager! No complaint ref, as apparently Virgin make a note on my a/c, and that’s sufficient! I’ve taken out a new contract with @O2!

    @virginmedia Wasn't expecting end of the day but 2 days later I've still not heard anything. Shocking service, sky will be rang back tomorrow. Customer service at its best
