@TeaKayB @virginmedia My son endured similar circle of hell cancelling his account with them when the Uni’s shut down in person teaching and he returned home. Have numerous screenshots of hr long waiting. In the end, he cancelled his direct debit and complained to Trading Standards.

@virginmedia I still think you charge extortionate fees, first of all charging fees like a new customer and restarting a contract when you move and are still using Virgin and then £240 when through no fault of mine you don't cover my new property #ripoffmerchants

@virginmedia this is a separate issue to one already being dealt with. We had a new installation from VM today but the engineer failed to tell us the pin on the box upstairs and trying the forgot pin route only comes up with an error code . Can anyone help please

😡 @virginmedia … found out today that my Black Friday SIM deal I ordered was ‘parked’ .. no contact to rectify the order .. and now I’ve been told I’ve missed out! .. customer care a joke .. no resolution other than ‘computer says no’ .. they hung up on me!!!!!!

@virginmedia We want to leave we are constantly in a outage To be honest form 1st of march 2021 we was told it will be fixed by the 31st oct 22 lol it’s still in a outage now till middle of December joke that is and paid full price also

@virginmedia on 10.11.22,i verbally agreed,via phone,to a 500mbps broadband deal.i was told it would increase to the next tariff (1Gbps) when agreeing to an o2 sim card,which i did. not only was my speed slow during the first week but ever since,virgin have not honoured the increase in speed.
