@virginmedia I still think you charge extortionate fees, first of all charging fees like a new customer and restarting a contract when you move and are still using Virgin and then £240 when through no fault of mine you don't cover my new property #ripoffmerchants

@TeaKayB @virginmedia My son endured similar circle of hell cancelling his account with them when the Uni’s shut down in person teaching and he returned home. Have numerous screenshots of hr long waiting. In the end, he cancelled his direct debit and complained to Trading Standards.

@virginmedia 4 phone calls complaining of poor broadband speeds, (paying for 500mbp). 6 days and a manager still hasn’t called back as promised. 4 attempts to call today, each one the agent hung up. Speeds this week 83, 105, 23. Poor show Virgin Media.

@AmandaFBelfast @virginmedia Since January it seems as if download speeds have been throttled here. Especially during the day. Our Wi-Fi in particular is dropping significantly with their diagnostics telling us devices have weak signal and move closer to the router... they are within 6ft of it

@robWNT @iwillsmashmyow1 @virginmedia I’ve experienced the same issue and just cancelled my contract. Unable to provide me with a timescale as to when it will be fixed and customer service was appalling. Back to Tesco Mobile I go.

@virginmedia I’ve finally been given a solution by Apple and one of your advisors hung up on me. Phoned back, asked to speak to a manager and they hung up on me again. This is an absolute shitshow.
