  @koenjideck Only worked well for me in recent years, but it gave me a decade of packet loss and outages before then 😵‍💫 I remember playing games with people on my street at uni, and half the people would disconnect in a lobby whenever Virgin Media had an outage 🥀

  Imagine being half way through a chat with virgin media about WiFi not working. It then kicks me off cause of intermittent WiFi in the area (issue I’ve had for about 7 months lol) and now I can’t get back on to it. What a waste of 50 mins of my life

  @virginmedia @Virgin my broadband has been down for almost 12 hours. The issue was raised via telephone and on the website at 3pm today, the fix time keeps going up by an hour each time on the website and still nothing resolved!!!! Absolute joke!!! FIX IT!!!!!!! USELESS PRICKS

  @virginmedia Ive just had my new bill through £102.34, I've had the same box and internet for years no add ons and my bill is going up and up, I need to cancel my box but keep the internet. If you can't, i will find somewhere else.

  @virginmedia Just cancelled my broadband because you want £33 for m350 but new customers get m500 for £24 how does that work been with you for nearly ten years but a new customer gets a better deal 👍.
