@virginmedia How sad is that I have to use my mobile to watch streaming services… while I have a dedicated internet connection from virgin that NEVER EVER works in the evening in my building. So what am I paying for ? if I am not getting the service I am paying for why should I keep you ??

@virginmedia So 2 weeks after your 2nd tier IT support team confirm it's just a problem with the email address, they still haven't managed to replace one email address with another on my account, and this is on top of the three months we waited for them to identify the problem Awful service

Trying to cancel @virginmedia for 2 days. 4 times now just before cancellation is finalised, they hang up whilst on hold and I have to start the hour long process again. It’s not a coincidence, it’s a vile tactic to force you to stay with their horrific service.

@virginmedia Hello, I have had issues with my internet now for 3 weeks I’m paying for the 1gb package and for the last 3 weeks I have only being getting 60mb and sometimes as low as 8!
