    @virginmedia It came back up a few minutes after posting, then went back down. Now, three or so hours later, it’s down again. Maybe view your own web page which confirms there’s an issue?

    @virginmedia So I’ve been penalised and not getting my good condition bonus, because of YOUR DRIVERS IGNORANCE AND TOTAL DISREGARD FOR THE LAW, he needs to come and apologise and pay me for my financial loss, imagine a disabled customer, on disability benefits losing condition bonus.

    I like @virginmedia broadband, but the fact you can not activate it the same day you move out of the previous address, and extra 20£ for the self-"service" is disgrace and petty.
