    @virginmedia It was listed as extra charges, but not specificity what they relate to. When I called to cancel, I was told my final amount & these weren’t mentioned. I only want to know what they are, why is it so difficult to find out

    @virginmedia I was contacting you about the terrible service. I didn't have internet for a week and had to use up all of my data hotspotting as I work from home. Your disconnection team member "Helen" was rude and argumentative and kept shouting over the top of me. Go and listen to the call.

    @virginmedia The service is still down. I rang the call centre and they just repeat the message “an engineer is on site and we’re aware of the problem” but this has been the case for 24hrs now. It’s a continuous issue for us with outages all the time.
