@virginmedia my partner is trying to cancel her contract as we are moving. So far telephone not answered, account not recognised online and online chat makes you wait for ages then closes after a couple of minutes and she’s working so misses it. S/o has now been cancelled. Help!

@virginmedia I pay a lot of money every month for high speed fibre, but at the moment this is terrible. I reset my router every morning, but this morning I can’t stream 1 video (through Ethernet) to work out to even with no other devices working.

. @virginmedia internet down again! Service status says up but I’ve checked with friends who live nearby and down for them too! BH7 area. We did have good internet for 2 days. What is going on? We were half way through a rented film!

@virginmedia There is a requirement to lay cable. But after three visits and many hours of calls, no-one has updated with an ETD or given any status update, and I'm not prepared to waste more of my time chasing something that is your responsibility, is keeping the customer informed.

@virginmedia Difficult to do that when you’re off-line, but yes, I’ve checked using my mobile phone. Often there are service issues, (the whole of last week & weekend) sometimes there isn’t an explanation. Emailed warning of planned service issues would be appreciated.
