    @virginmedia It looks like the virgin services are not synced. The phone app says there are problems, you click on service and it says there are no issues, you call the service line and it tells you No issues, (it hangs up on you - bad CE) then you speak to someone and there is an issue...

    @vmbusinesshelp I am having problems with the virgin media business router that gets up to 350mbps. Keeps dropping out. Not a speed problem it’s the stability of it.

    @JohnnyDude1983 @virginmedia According to virgin, any more than 8 devices (including lightbulbs) and they won’t look in to issues and they would expect it to drop all devices randomly

    Oh no! @virginmedia broadband is slow in our area at the moment (BH6). It’s supposed to be 100Mbps but it’s currently 29Mbps. I think there’s maintenance happening on our road right now but can’t see cos it’s behind a tree. Ah well. Looks like I’m gonna have to do some housework!

    @virginmedia Promised management call back which never happened, half hour waits then advised to do online complaint.... 😑Then to be told online complaint system doesn't work. Such poor customer service throughout

    @virginmedia can someone please help regarding package changes that aren't what we agreed? 2 hour chat on Thurs agreed new price with customer svce. Confirmation received shows more expensive price. Easy way to fix? Don't want to try cust svc again, I don't have 2 hours!

    @virginmedia The problem is guys it’s gets through they always say it’s the wrong team transfer me to where ever the call centre is and then it doesn’t connect hence another hour wasted. For something that should be super easy if you just integrated this into the online

    @winkleink @EpsonUK @virginmedia Logically if the only thing changed was the VM hub then it should be related to that & not the printer or PC. Some hubs can restrict protocols/traffic flows between wired & wireless devices, even though they are on the same logical network, aka IP range.

    @Denise34669125 Just rang Virgin Media and their going to send a technician to my house to fix the fault. Can't remove the landline without the bill going up. Can offer other offers which give me more but I would have to pay more and after 18 months they would really go up in price.
