    @virginmedia It says there are no known issues. I've taken the white cable out and reconnected and rebooted and it makes no difference. Some sky sports channels are not working and just show error w02! This happens far too often!

    Our virgin media internet is so awful at the moment that I continuously have to turn the WiFi off on my phone. Surely that’s not the point of home WiFi 🙄

    @notorious_twub I was with @virginmedia for several years, no end of problems. And their customer service is shocking. I moved to @VodafoneUK for broadband and they have been fantastic. I won’t go back to VM.

    thanks @virginmedia I don’t have a working service as you say I have a bill to pay. According to the records next bill payment is due 04/05 but because your new installation charges are so high I’ve gone over the credit limit.

    @virginmedia No, just that’s the best he could do image wise but to me there’s no change. He said it could be the screen trying to stretch picture but again, doesn’t happen on anything other than your v6, so for me it’s a virgin issue. Definitely not my TVs.

    @virginmedia No internet or tv. They say a technician is on their to fix the problem, it’s an area fault, but this keeps happening. How the amount of uni lessons I’ve missed cause I can’t access them, due to no Internet, is ridiculous.

    @virginmedia No valid reason. Chased numerous times and told it would be sorted, and managers will call back! They never did! Today told not an offer anymore so breached contract deal. Son been waiting 6 weeks now for his TV

    @blandsteve @virginmedia Service was stopped in April. It makes no sense. Really unbelievably awful. Those web chats were the worst - I had several with 6 hour breaks between my question & Virgin’s response. Usually just after going through all security - so that would need to be done again 6 hours later

    So if @virginmedia can't stick to their end of a contract, why the hell should a customer stick to theirs? Daylight robbery. You're absolutely shocking. During a pandemic aswell where so many people have found themselves out of work. #daylightrobbery
