@virginmedia It looks like the virgin services are not synced. The phone app says there are problems, you click on service and it says there are no issues, you call the service line and it tells you No issues, (it hangs up on you - bad CE) then you speak to someone and there is an issue...

Oh no! @virginmedia broadband is slow in our area at the moment (BH6). It’s supposed to be 100Mbps but it’s currently 29Mbps. I think there’s maintenance happening on our road right now but can’t see cos it’s behind a tree. Ah well. Looks like I’m gonna have to do some housework!

@virginmedia There aren’t any faults. Every time I’ve called, your advisors simply read their script and reset my router. Problem fixed, until it happens again. Not going to spend more time chasing you. I’ll simply look to another provider if needed.

@virginmedia I’ve been offered the same package for £85 on Wednesday then £99 today then £110 an hour later!! Talk about terrible service! It’s impossible to find out your options as an existing customer and apparently every time you ask you get a different price! What a joke!

@virginmedia I was persuaded not to terminate my contract on the grounds that the poor service and continued customer service failures were due to individuals and the pandemic rather than being a company wide problem seem to have been platitudes rather than evidence based.

@virginmedia I was told 3-5 days on the 12th November. I called last Monday to make sure it had been actioned, as promised confirmation email never arrived. They said it had gone through, and it would be in my bank no later than Fri 19th. Today, a different story altogether.
