    @virginmedia I pay a lot of money every month for high speed fibre, but at the moment this is terrible. I reset my router every morning, but this morning I can’t stream 1 video (through Ethernet) to work out to even with no other devices working.

    @virginmedia It says there are no known issues. I've taken the white cable out and reconnected and rebooted and it makes no difference. Some sky sports channels are not working and just show error w02! This happens far too often!

    Our virgin media internet is so awful at the moment that I continuously have to turn the WiFi off on my phone. Surely that’s not the point of home WiFi 🙄

    @virginmedia Been having poor unusable internet all day today - worst it has been since start of lockdown. Service status says nothing wrong. Please check again - BH7 area. Had to use a lot of mobile data to be able to work today

    @notorious_twub I was with @virginmedia for several years, no end of problems. And their customer service is shocking. I moved to @VodafoneUK for broadband and they have been fantastic. I won’t go back to VM.

    @virginmedia I’ve tried on several occasions to speak to someone regarding my service. Is there a number I can call to speak to a person? All the phone systems appear to be automated.The service for my broadband has recently deteriorated.

    @virginmedia The whole point in having a modem is to connect via wifi to devices, it is not a drop in performance the actual wifi signal is disconnecting on all devices. If you cannot send out a technician then we need a new modem as this one is faulty.

    @ahnlak @virginmedia They probably screw up SSH auth to any service that they explicitly proxy- they must be edge caching GitHub or something so you end up trying to log into the wrong server.

    @virginmedia Been on phone to customer services and the service is a joke they don't listen and just read out the same scripted talk they are told to say, they can't even answer a question, when u pull them on it, they put you on hold and come back talking about something else 🤬

    @richardbranson @VirginMediaIEPR while I understand your very busy going into space. You might take the helmet off your head and teach the staff of @virginmedia how to conduct proper customer service. Since we availed of your shoddy service it’s being nothing but hell.
