    @virginmedia is a joke - enquired about cancelling and the fees were going to be £457. Asked for them to be wavered - no confirmation of this. Woke up to no Broadband Sunday and terrible customer service. Had to reinstate into a new deal 🙄 still no broadband this morning!!!
