Jamie Will (@YoungJambo) reported from Poole, England@virginmedia If I'm a customer of yours and need customer service, you put me through to a call centre in India that provides wrong information. If I call and say I'd like to sign up as a new customer, I get UK/Ireland call centres... This is wrong. Do better.

TaiDragon #LockdownHairyBeast (@TaiDragon) reported from Poole, England@virginmedia It looks like the virgin services are not synced. -

Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
GW 🔰🏴 (@GW_Mktg) reported@O2 terrible signal in my own home. @virginmedia have let me down (yet again) so no WiFi equals no use of phone. Long-standing client and not really feeling that benefit. Started a DM conversation which went dead. Please help
-
zach close YT (@ZachcloseYT) reportedSeriously @virginmedia you canceled our contract with you before it even run out just because you have sued and you raised the price to over 200 pounds a month that we can't afford and the rubbish service doesn't even work and I don't want a reply from ai I want a person to reply
-
kaz (@girlieb71) reported@virginmedia I've had 2 emails now asking me to verify my identity but it seems I'm being hacked as the person is miles away from me, I've checked my security and it says I set up a passkey last week which I haven't, can you help
-
Lord Ryan Mehrabany-Burnett (@Ryanishistory) reported@virginmedia we are due to have an engineer come out on Monday to look at the new box and remote which you said we had to have and doesn’t work. We have received a text message that if someone over 18 isn’t in, you will fine us £25. Great customer service.
-
simon withers (@KalEl_WBS) reported@virginmedia I sent you a DM for a separate issue this morning that you’ve still not replied too!
-
Ravi Pal (@ravipal1214) reportedYour agent kept asking what resolution I wanted, then offered £5. Twice I was reminded how cheap my package is — that others pay £50-60, that pods cost £10-15 elsewhere, that I’m getting them free. I didn’t set the price. A discount on a service that doesn’t work is still service that doesn’t work. Then I was told no manager or grievance contact exists, and that I should cancel. @virginmedia — who owns this?
-
Lisa Allen (@lovelylisaj) reported@virginmedia hi, my mum got a call supposedly from you about the router being slow. I took over and I don’t think it was legit. They were asking me to switch off the router and put it on again. I ended the call as I was suspicious. Internet speed is fine.
-
roger07 *** (@germann_ro) reported@virginmedia @bexholloway Hi is there any known issues with sky sports app login ?
-
Sammo (@redmollster) reported@virginmedia how do we get a new HBO activation email? We have TNT sports but don't appear to have the invitation email. All the online help simply sends us round in circles and trying to get through on the phone takes ages. Surely this should be quick and simple?

Boxing and Realtalk (@SexyBoxing1) reported@ReturnofColin2 @virginmedia customer service
