    Absolutely loath @virginmedia's over priced 360, and like their customer service, it's just rubbish, can't wait for @CityFibre to go online in our area so that I can trash VM, even if I have to take a hit when I cancel as locked into a contract at the mo, it'll be worth it!😡😠

    @virginmedia I bet much doubt you can help ,I agreed a rention yesterday and they processed wrong deal went to redo it and time ran out and now won’t do it ans basically saying that’s not what was agreed despite screenshots .offcom I here come

    Just had to put a 2nd call into @virginmedia this afternoon to sort out the problem they caused from this mornings call to them, which was to attempt to sort out issues from a previous call to them 🤬 New TV aerial installed next week and once @CityFibre are running, VM are gone!

    Called virgin media last week. Part 1 Me - I'd like to cancel please. VM - you can't, it can only be a minimum of 60 before your contract ends. Called back today (less than 60 days) Me - I'd like to cancel please VM - I can see another agent has already cancelled.

    @virginmedia Guys I have been on hold for over 1h and 20 mins but then got cut off. Frustrating. I have been upgraded to 1GB but I am only getting about 100mb/s. I have rebooted the router and am connected directly to my new Superhub 4 via ethernet - Please help!

    @virginmedia Thank you for your response! I have requested to remove the TV service from the package since it was getting ridiculously long to fix. I simply didn't understand why you didn't want to send the new TV box which is included in my package deal.
