Oh no! @virginmedia broadband is slow in our area at the moment (BH6). It’s supposed to be 100Mbps but it’s currently 29Mbps. I think there’s maintenance happening on our road right now but can’t see cos it’s behind a tree. Ah well. Looks like I’m gonna have to do some housework!

@virginmedia can someone please help regarding package changes that aren't what we agreed? 2 hour chat on Thurs agreed new price with customer svce. Confirmation received shows more expensive price. Easy way to fix? Don't want to try cust svc again, I don't have 2 hours!

@virginmedia It looks like the virgin services are not synced. The phone app says there are problems, you click on service and it says there are no issues, you call the service line and it tells you No issues, (it hangs up on you - bad CE) then you speak to someone and there is an issue...

@virginmedia Your all over YouTube with so many warnings about your company! You can not stop a service because of a bill that hasn't been paid ,because the it isn't due yet. That is a breach of the contract. You also can not charge late fees for a bill that isn't due yet ,however you have.
