    @vmbusinesshelp I am having problems with the virgin media business router that gets up to 350mbps. Keeps dropping out. Not a speed problem it’s the stability of it.

    @virginmedia Promised management call back which never happened, half hour waits then advised to do online complaint.... 😑Then to be told online complaint system doesn't work. Such poor customer service throughout

    . @virginmedia our internet has been terrible for the last three days, cost a fortune in mobile data because of this, service status says no problem, your own service test fails when we run it! Why are there so many problems in BH7 area over last few months?

    @deborabora @virginmedia I am so glad I left them in 2017 having suffered poor internet for over 2 years. Constant issues when I was in BH6.

    Oh no! @virginmedia broadband is slow in our area at the moment (BH6). It’s supposed to be 100Mbps but it’s currently 29Mbps. I think there’s maintenance happening on our road right now but can’t see cos it’s behind a tree. Ah well. Looks like I’m gonna have to do some housework!

    Another day, trying to do admin at home. Another day and wanting to literally throw my @virginmedia router under a lorry!!! What is it with @virginmedia and their lousy WiFi???? Paying for a premium service and receiving something not far better than dialup!!

    @virginmedia can you please explain why it is impossible to cancel a contract with you. Can get through for anything else but when you want to cancel you are put on hold for hours

    @virginmedia Whatever maintenance you performed on Monday 8th in the BH8 area has made the previous issue 100x worse than it was before. Please sort this out. £50 a month for this is a joke.

    @virginmedia I bet much doubt you can help ,I agreed a rention yesterday and they processed wrong deal went to redo it and time ran out and now won’t do it ans basically saying that’s not what was agreed despite screenshots .offcom I here come

    @Benleo @virginmedia Three do 5G Broadband WiFi. No cables needed. Quick enough and far cheaper the Virgin (I had so many problems I swore to never use them).

    @virginmedia Unfortunately this is still an issue, comes up saying that we are fetching account details and after 15 minutes Error CS1012 appears, so so frustrating! Been going on since Thursday now!

    @virginmedia I can't log in because noone will change the outdated email I registered with you 25 years ago so I cannot access onlime... am about to go to Ombudsman as have complained 3 times and nothing done, truly appalling service. Others in my area are moving from Virgin as too unreliable

    @Benleo @virginmedia Same experience over weekend. Too much to write here but the worst I’ve been seen, incompetent beyond compare. Will be cancelling and expect them to wave the £108 they want to charge me to do so. Have a complaint raised, apparently I can’t respond to it for 8 weeks! Crap.

    @Benleo @virginmedia Had the same issue with Vodafone and sky. Both companies upsold to me, then they totally let me down when it came to turning connection on. Vodafone was 2 weeks, sky was 4 days. Its not just 1 company. They're all the same. Contacting them is totally disgraceful

    @Benleo @virginmedia I left them for BT and never looked back. BT have call centres in the UK. They'll reply to you on here and offer to help but you'll end up getting nowhere as I also did this about 3 times, so I know. Useless company.

    @Benleo @ChrisSleven @virginmedia Lured away from EE by Sky on BB + mobile package. The mobile service is next useless and despite upgrading to the highest Sky BB speed available it’s still not as good as EE plus they did the price hike wrapped up in some BS marketing about how wonderful they are. Back to EE asap
