    @virginmedia Whatever maintenance you performed on Monday 8th in the BH8 area has made the previous issue 100x worse than it was before. Please sort this out. £50 a month for this is a joke.

    Virgin email been since 8am this morning. Spoke with a person they reset password still not able to login after 12 hours 😡. Not good enough Virgin Media

    Just had to put a 2nd call into @virginmedia this afternoon to sort out the problem they caused from this mornings call to them, which was to attempt to sort out issues from a previous call to them 🤬 New TV aerial installed next week and once @CityFibre are running, VM are gone!

    Absolutely loath @virginmedia's over priced 360, and like their customer service, it's just rubbish, can't wait for @CityFibre to go online in our area so that I can trash VM, even if I have to take a hit when I cancel as locked into a contract at the mo, it'll be worth it!😡😠

    Called virgin media last week. Part 1 Me - I'd like to cancel please. VM - you can't, it can only be a minimum of 60 before your contract ends. Called back today (less than 60 days) Me - I'd like to cancel please VM - I can see another agent has already cancelled.

    @virginmedia Correction, mid December (But also told me in November 2020 after i conolained for 3 mnths that you'd need to do an audit to fix the cable & would be a max 4 week wait. That was a year ago. You knew then. And didn't fix it and still haven't

    @virginmedia This is why I want technical support and not this admins reply, as that’s missed the point. If I use a VPN I get the expected top speed. It’s being throttled. I can see in the test, it bounces around 250 mbps. Can you arrange for someone to call me who can actually help
