Another day, trying to do admin at home. Another day and wanting to literally throw my @virginmedia router under a lorry!!! What is it with @virginmedia and their lousy WiFi???? Paying for a premium service and receiving something not far better than dialup!!

@virginmedia my partner is trying to cancel her contract as we are moving. So far telephone not answered, account not recognised online and online chat makes you wait for ages then closes after a couple of minutes and she’s working so misses it. S/o has now been cancelled. Help!

. @virginmedia internet down again! Service status says up but I’ve checked with friends who live nearby and down for them too! BH7 area. We did have good internet for 2 days. What is going on? We were half way through a rented film!

@WilsonDorothy @virginmedia I had the same issue with complaints. Until I learnt the trick. When you called state that u want to make a complaint. The agent will try to their best not to take it. Insist u want to make an official complaint. They must take it. Make sure ur calls are recorded.
