    @virginmedia my partner is trying to cancel her contract as we are moving. So far telephone not answered, account not recognised online and online chat makes you wait for ages then closes after a couple of minutes and she’s working so misses it. S/o has now been cancelled. Help!

    . @virginmedia internet down again! Service status says up but I’ve checked with friends who live nearby and down for them too! BH7 area. We did have good internet for 2 days. What is going on? We were half way through a rented film!

    @virginmedia Loads of people seem to be having issues very often and not just in that one area. I read things on different forums regarding people having issues with your broadband; where they say how good it was but how it's not anymore. Hopefully you will be able to look into this. Thanks

    @virginmedia To be 100% clear, the hub 4 had power instantly. Lights pulsing. The issue is that it took so long to be ready to *use*. That doesn’t strike me as an issue with my power socket what so ever.

    @virginmedia It might be a good idea to recommend something that relates to my complaint. Where does it mention having two remotes? Where does it mention a more friendly user interface. 🤔 let me think, it doesn’t! Anyone seeing this might just want to keep the old V6 box and system.
