    @virginmedia It looks like the virgin services are not synced. The phone app says there are problems, you click on service and it says there are no issues, you call the service line and it tells you No issues, (it hangs up on you - bad CE) then you speak to someone and there is an issue...

    @virginmedia spent over an hour on the phone now and have been cut off twice when I should of been transferred. I don’t actually know how you are still a running company, I have never had to deal with anyone more useless before

    Oh no! @virginmedia broadband is slow in our area at the moment (BH6). It’s supposed to be 100Mbps but it’s currently 29Mbps. I think there’s maintenance happening on our road right now but can’t see cos it’s behind a tree. Ah well. Looks like I’m gonna have to do some housework!

    @virginmedia Wireless devices. Been going on all morning (this happens regularly but usually better after a reset - not today). Tried following the advice to check for problems in the local area, even that doesn’t work. Literally nothing more i can do.

    @virginmedia Honestly sick of the daylight robery... we pay near £100 a month and don't get the service you advertised and aren't treated like a valued customer at all... we're still sitting with a ****** router from 2014 which you refuse to update either but new customers get it right away.
