    @virginmedia Promised management call back which never happened, half hour waits then advised to do online complaint.... 😑Then to be told online complaint system doesn't work. Such poor customer service throughout

    @JohnnyDude1983 @virginmedia According to virgin, any more than 8 devices (including lightbulbs) and they won’t look in to issues and they would expect it to drop all devices randomly

    @virginmedia spent over an hour on the phone now and have been cut off twice when I should of been transferred. I don’t actually know how you are still a running company, I have never had to deal with anyone more useless before

    Oh no! @virginmedia broadband is slow in our area at the moment (BH6). It’s supposed to be 100Mbps but it’s currently 29Mbps. I think there’s maintenance happening on our road right now but can’t see cos it’s behind a tree. Ah well. Looks like I’m gonna have to do some housework!

    @virginmedia Nope, dreadful. That’s not customer service, that’s off loading to a computer. Not helpful for a 87 year old.

    @virginmedia The problem is guys it’s gets through they always say it’s the wrong team transfer me to where ever the call centre is and then it doesn’t connect hence another hour wasted. For something that should be super easy if you just integrated this into the online

    @virginmedia It looks like the virgin services are not synced. The phone app says there are problems, you click on service and it says there are no issues, you call the service line and it tells you No issues, (it hangs up on you - bad CE) then you speak to someone and there is an issue...

    @virginmedia can someone please help regarding package changes that aren't what we agreed? 2 hour chat on Thurs agreed new price with customer svce. Confirmation received shows more expensive price. Easy way to fix? Don't want to try cust svc again, I don't have 2 hours!

    @virginmedia It’s been on and off countless times today. When it is on it drops out on some devices & the speeds were about 9 times slower than advertised. I don’t get paid when I’m not online which was a lot today. Best not lose my job or they’ll be hell to pay. I use Ethernet & still poor.

    @virginmedia The hub is about a year old. Just logged into my router and have seen we have plenty of recent ‘No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out’ and ‘DHCP RENEW WARNING’ errors.
