    @virginmedia I was contacting you about the terrible service. I didn't have internet for a week and had to use up all of my data hotspotting as I work from home. Your disconnection team member "Helen" was rude and argumentative and kept shouting over the top of me. Go and listen to the call.

    Any idea @virginmedia why for the last couple of weeks my virgin box has been recording programmes completely randomly. Programmes i never watch nor ever recorded? This has happened to four different shows this week alone?

    @virginmedia Also, MOST of your customer service representatives are rude and don't know what they're talking about. Did you know one of them told me to dial 150 for CS, even though I clarified that I'm NOT a Virgin Mobile customer? "Yes, yes this still works for you sir." Nope.

    @virginmedia The call was this morning btw. If only she was the only rude and unhelpful member of your customer service team, but no... Apart from maybe 2 of the 10 people I have spoken to this week, everyone else had the same attitude. Very unprofessional. Go read my 4 complaints.

    @virginmedia If I'm a customer of yours and need customer service, you put me through to a call centre in India that provides wrong information. If I call and say I'd like to sign up as a new customer, I get UK/Ireland call centres... This is wrong. Do better.

    @virginmedia There is no area issues an when I ring customer services they just say there is connectivity issue an to ring back in 24hours this isn’t good enough. It worked perfectly fine till it was reset now it’s stuck on a orange light an won’t connect at all.

    @virginmedia Amazing! After a 20minute hold, i got through. I ring up to cancel and within 2 minutes the date is changed! So I've had to pay a silly game of cancelling to get customer service! THIS HAS TAKEN ME 2 DAYS!

    @virginmedia I last spoke to someone that isn’t a robot an hour ago, I told him that I wanted an engineer to come out, as I’ve been having these on going issues. He told me that they would monitor the connection for the next 24 hours and then they could book it in. (1/2)

    @virginmedia No they could not supply me with a date on when the issue would be resolved so I have decided to cancel the installation and go elsewhere since I have already waited so long I lost faith in the Virgin media services.
