    Oh no! @virginmedia broadband is slow in our area at the moment (BH6). It’s supposed to be 100Mbps but it’s currently 29Mbps. I think there’s maintenance happening on our road right now but can’t see cos it’s behind a tree. Ah well. Looks like I’m gonna have to do some housework!

    . @virginmedia our internet has been terrible for the last three days, cost a fortune in mobile data because of this, service status says no problem, your own service test fails when we run it! Why are there so many problems in BH7 area over last few months?

    . @virginmedia internet down again! Service status says up but I’ve checked with friends who live nearby and down for them too! BH7 area. We did have good internet for 2 days. What is going on? We were half way through a rented film!

    Another day, trying to do admin at home. Another day and wanting to literally throw my @virginmedia router under a lorry!!! What is it with @virginmedia and their lousy WiFi???? Paying for a premium service and receiving something not far better than dialup!!

    @virginmedia It was listed as extra charges, but not specificity what they relate to. When I called to cancel, I was told my final amount & these weren’t mentioned. I only want to know what they are, why is it so difficult to find out

    @virginmedia The call was this morning btw. If only she was the only rude and unhelpful member of your customer service team, but no... Apart from maybe 2 of the 10 people I have spoken to this week, everyone else had the same attitude. Very unprofessional. Go read my 4 complaints.

    @virginmedia So you accept there's been an error processing my order and tell my you can't resolve it - I have to call your customer support team. I call them, get out on hold for 5-10 minutes and the call simply gets disconnected. Been a fan of you guys for years - I'm wavering.

    @O2 It's not tv issues I have an issue with it's not being able to use rewards or just login with a o2 account as I keep being asked to link a virgin media account as previously I was just able to use my phone number which is an o2 one

    @virginmedia When is this likely to be? I have stuck on the welcome page for over 24hrs. This is not acceptable and no information being shared on what the problem is and when service is likely to be resumed. Very poor
