On matey question I flack through channels via virgin media no problem on any channel including the awful gb news however on Freeview all channels good Quality except the awful gb news which the worst of the lot a bit like the content I dot know about sky fst

    @virginmedia Yes I have used the connect app and it only works when I’m a meter from the router. I’m paying you for a service you can’t provide but you call me to say why don’t you upgrade to 300mb speeds when you can’t even give 10. Appalling

    @virginmedia I've have said my Internet drops out my TV my laptop witch are connected via ethernet cable drop out its not good enough I have always had this problem I just want it sorted out

    @virginmedia I do have a reference bit this is exactly the standard (or total lack) of service I have received for the last 4 weeks, hence the open complaint. Not one person from Virgin has contacted me in any way in that time, despite at least weekly promises like this one.

    Oh no! @virginmedia broadband is slow in our area at the moment (BH6). It’s supposed to be 100Mbps but it’s currently 29Mbps. I think there’s maintenance happening on our road right now but can’t see cos it’s behind a tree. Ah well. Looks like I’m gonna have to do some housework!

    @VMO2News @virginmedia @goodthingsfdn All the money we pay for this awful broadband is a joke. Oh just get the plug in booster for an extra £5 a month this will help!!! 2m from the router and can’t even send this. 3G is better than virgin. Bring on toob 🕺🏻

    @virginmedia The engineer visit was not planned. The engineer was in the area for several hours, came to my door and said that the cable to my property is damaged / doesn't have a "coating" and that the damage is causing connection problems for other customers in the area.

    @virginmedia Hi not without hauling the desktop to the hub. Can get 300mb wirelessly standing next to the hub, by halfway up stairs 200 and top of stairs 20mb. That reading was taken in the room above the hub not usually that bad but regularly around 10-15mb. Speeds got worse over 3-4 months

    @virginmedia since the storm I haven’t been able to load the sky app or the YouTube app or Netflix via my play station. WiFi on phone seems okay and virgin box tv is working. This has been like this since Friday. I have unplugged the router but still not working.
