@virginmedia wifi issues for over a week. Run test every day for it to just say there’s some issue in your area. When will this be fixed? Costing me money to commute somewhere where I can get wifi and disrupting my work.

@vmbusinesshelp I am having problems with the virgin media business router that gets up to 350mbps. Keeps dropping out. Not a speed problem it’s the stability of it.

Oh no! @virginmedia broadband is slow in our area at the moment (BH6). It’s supposed to be 100Mbps but it’s currently 29Mbps. I think there’s maintenance happening on our road right now but can’t see cos it’s behind a tree. Ah well. Looks like I’m gonna have to do some housework!

@virginmedia is there any known problems with your WiFi hub ? The WiFi signal I receive is terrible constantly dropping out. I spend most of the time on 3G as it’s more reliable. I have rebooted all routers and boosters but noting seems to make the WiFi work

@virginmedia i'm getting 5 to 10 calls a day telling me my Internet Is bad spam ..VM want £25.00 pound to change my number or £2.70 pm to block a number there as bad as the spammers ..VM ripping people OFF its there phone line

@virginmedia Yes, I’ve checked everyday and despite signing up for text updates about this issue, I’ve heard nothing despite being 48 hours after the date it was supposed to be fixed. Not even a further text so confirm a delay. Could you provide any update to the SO15 postcode issue?

Anyone thinking of taking out internet with @virginmedia, DON’T. Over 3 months with no wifi, refusing to fix the problem, never contact me back despite numerous complaints, continuing to charge monthly payments and won’t issue me a refund. Should be illegal what they’re doing.

@virginmedia Now, effectively I do not have a telephone service. The broadband is generally just about adequate. If I cannot get a usable telephone service this will make the package not fit for purpose and I will have to cancel.
