@virginmedia I have been on your WhatsApp chat with someone for over 30 minutes and still haven't had my issue resolved. You should be able to cancel your Broadband contract online with a few clicks, but obviously you are intent on wasting my time by making it difficult.

@virginmedia Didn’t really want to do this on social media but if you’re actual complaints form wont register my complaint twice I’ll just leave it here: No functional internet for a week, VM thinks its okay to now not have internet for 2 more weeks despite partner needing it for work.

@virginmedia The point is the contract sent out on 15th Aug wasn't what was agreed when challenged I got put on the virgin no customer service merry-go-round which due to our personal circumstances i had to give up u are an absolute rotten company ur service agent admitted this was appalling

@virginmedia I don't want compensation. I engaged a different ISP because, as explained repeatedly, as a developer working from home I cannot have an unstable internet connection. All I want is to cancel my subscription without paying the extortionate exist fee, since you broke contract.
