@virginmedia @LaurenSTompkins Just jumping in - this related to the conversation we were having in the week. All the steps that both you and technical support provided have been followed but every call starts back at square one - probably easier to quit then join as a new customer than get it fixed!

I know what Virgin have done, I cancelled TV with @virginmedia to move over to @skytv and they've also cancelled my internet, because that's how bloody stupid Virgin are. Muppets. 😡 Aaaargh! £59 pcm and they can't organise a bloody thing!

Yo @virginmedia you REALLY need to get @TwitterSupport to block and delete @virgrnimedia they are pretending to be VM support and DMing people who tweet you asking for details like credit card (full number, expiry, cvc) & address info - need to stop them! @actionfrauduk

@virginmedia On hold for 55 minutes and then got disconnected. Brilliant service. No call back feature, no indication queue position or agent availability waiting time. Such a poor service, especially coming from a communications service provider. The irony.

@virginmedia According to the checker I can get 600mb in my area but when I log in to my account the most I can get is 350. And that's with changing my TV package which I don't want to do, your site is awful to use it constantly logs me out if I go anywhere than my account!
