@virginmedia Basically cut a long story I did agree a deal however it appears despite me asking for confirmation and then saying yes they put through the wrong one ,I chatted again this morning and basically told no you can’t ,it was literally like the new customer deal with a minor variation

Absolutely loath @virginmedia's over priced 360, and like their customer service, it's just rubbish, can't wait for @CityFibre to go online in our area so that I can trash VM, even if I have to take a hit when I cancel as locked into a contract at the mo, it'll be worth it!😡😠

Called virgin media last week. Part 1 Me - I'd like to cancel please. VM - you can't, it can only be a minimum of 60 before your contract ends. Called back today (less than 60 days) Me - I'd like to cancel please VM - I can see another agent has already cancelled.

@virginmedia Whatever maintenance you performed on Monday 8th in the BH8 area has made the previous issue 100x worse than it was before. Please sort this out. £50 a month for this is a joke.

Just had to put a 2nd call into @virginmedia this afternoon to sort out the problem they caused from this mornings call to them, which was to attempt to sort out issues from a previous call to them 🤬 New TV aerial installed next week and once @CityFibre are running, VM are gone!

@virginmedia It was less than ideal, especially if it took down your contact centres too perhaps you need a fail safe for them. Will you be crediting accounts? Had a whole day of the internet being poor and it wasn’t great. Especially your lack of communication from the get go.

@FldMarshalMonty @Shayan86 @virginmedia That still makes you a new customer with access to unbundled tariffs. I joined CableTel in 1997. Became NTL then Virgin. Virgin will only offer me existing customer products and bundles. Can’t switch as no openreach line. Hopefully FTTP available soon, then I’m off!

@dondatta13 @virginmedia Make sure they put an end date on the cancellation email as when I cancelled it went smoothly and i got a sorry your leaving email, a month and a half later I rang them to ask why they had billed me to be told I had never cancelled, even with their email (no date) #Criminal
