@virginmedia You didn’t mention the refund that Virgin Media clients should be getting. Reputational damage is one thing, but unless these repeated service outages cost your shareholders money, things won’t improve.

@virginmedia I think when it's a known virgin fault , all customers should automatically get money deducted from their bill. We shouldn't have to complain constantly to get a reduction when we are paying for a service

@virginmedia Whether broadband is a utility or not is a point of view. From my perspective, it’s a utility. I accept no supplier can guarantee service. VM may be just be on an unlucky streak. Your service is presently not something I trust - based on current experience.

@virginmedia Right this second, no. But it’s becoming clear that I cannot rely upon the service. It really is a utility. My water, gas & electricity all seem to run smoothly but not my broadband service. It is very frustrating.

@virginmedia @ceasuri_rele This is happening too often now. After the recent outage debacle this is simply not acceptable. Please confirm that all customers in the affected areas will be receiving financial compensation.

@virginmedia It’s not a question of a certain part of the programming as a valued customer and paying a premium price I expect constituency of premium coverage through the 6 hrs. So the original question regarding compensation still applies. Thanks for replying.

@st07pat @virginmedia Speed is fine mate, no complaints there, it’s fine for anything 3 meters away or less, like lightening! Any further though and 4G is the only way forward. The router have always been trash and I’m loath to pay to buy another to enjoy the signal I’m paying a lot for anyway
