    @CatrionaShearer @virginmedia Dump them asap. I had a horrendous time with Virgin and they eventually apologised and cancelled an alleged "debt" after I lodged an official complaint. I'm now with Plusnet and the difference is amazing. They are superb.

    @libertyglobal sort your uk based @virginmedia out. The customer service is a complete and utter joke they don't listen they don't sort anything out. But still want payments. Just check the twitter and Facebook reviews on @virginmedia and see for yourself

    @virginmedia @libertyglobal This has to be the number 1 worst Internet and TV provider I have ever dealt with. Disgusting customer service they fix nothing do nothing yet they still want paid. Now the have this 28 day wait to sort out a complaint.

    @virginmedia no internet in CR5 area and service page says you cannot check the area right now. What is going on?! No internet all day Monday either.

    @virginmedia It still says 12pm for the fix. Online now says 22nd Feb, so which is it? A week is not acceptable when the majority of us are now working from home.

    @virginmedia I was told engineer tomorrow NOT Friday as I said Friday was not acceptable. I have been deliberately mislead and I am not happy. DM me please so I can cancel my service as you are not helping with this response.

    @virginmedia The full amount of compensation hasn't been added to my account. I only received £8 compensation = 1 day loss of service. I haven't had any broadband service for 45 days so I am entitled to at least £360.

    @virginmedia Is the 22nd the estimated fix date?? When I call, it says it will be fixed by 12. That time has passed so neither peices of information are accurate!

    @virginmedia I called and changed my package a month ago, but have still been charged for my previous package. When I called customer care they told me that the agent I spoke to did not correctly change the package. But I am still required to pay although this is a virgin media era!!
