@CatrionaShearer @virginmedia Dump them asap. I had a horrendous time with Virgin and they eventually apologised and cancelled an alleged "debt" after I lodged an official complaint. I'm now with Plusnet and the difference is amazing. They are superb.

@libertyglobal sort your uk based @virginmedia out. The customer service is a complete and utter joke they don't listen they don't sort anything out. But still want payments. Just check the twitter and Facebook reviews on @virginmedia and see for yourself

@virginmedia @libertyglobal This has to be the number 1 worst Internet and TV provider I have ever dealt with. Disgusting customer service they fix nothing do nothing yet they still want paid. Now the have this 28 day wait to sort out a complaint.

I've just been made aware there is a major outage affecting @vmbusiness in the Bromley and Lewisham area. This outage, unfortunately, is also affecting schools in the area. We are unclear as to the root cause and will provide further details once we are aware of them.

@virginmedia I highly doubt that will be the case. Having answers is something your company don't seem to have nor do your departments communicate. I will also be charging you for my phone bill as part of my complaint.

@virginmedia you’re service in the Watford area is abysmal. No internet for hours now - I’m taking a days subscription fee off for any day (or part of ) where there is no service. Charging for something you fail to provide is illegal.

@O2 can you tell me how to apply Volt double data? I have been a customer of both Virgin Media and O2 for many years but when I tap the "See what you can get" link in the MyO2 app it just tells me to "join Virgin Media". How do I link the two accounts?
