Disgusting customer service they fix nothing do nothing yet they still want paid. Now the have this 28 day wait to sort out a complaint.

I had a horrendous time with Virgin and they eventually apologised and cancelled an alleged "debt" after I lodged an official complaint. I'm now with Plusnet and the difference is amazing. They are superb.

Chris Hobbs (@obbsie) reported@virginmedia I just tried to contact you remotely re my TIVO box & the changeover. Your Terri bot clearly couldn't deal with it. My whole computer then froze completely followed by a page of Chinese writing before the computer telling me there is a problem & rebooted itself. Will I have to wait four hours on the 150 landline as I did the other day before giving up.
