    @libertyglobal sort your uk based @virginmedia out. The customer service is a complete and utter joke they don't listen they don't sort anything out. But still want payments. Just check the twitter and Facebook reviews on @virginmedia and see for yourself

    @virginmedia @libertyglobal This has to be the number 1 worst Internet and TV provider I have ever dealt with. Disgusting customer service they fix nothing do nothing yet they still want paid. Now the have this 28 day wait to sort out a complaint.

    @virginmedia I've given up, which I believe was what Virgin Media's was hoping. Your customer service team are completely clueless. Been a customer with Virgin and its predecessor for 15+ years but I'm currently looking for a new supplier.

    @virginmedia I spent over an hour on hold today trying to speak with someone about cancelling. I ended up having to put the phone down. How an earth can I cancel my contract if the only way to do it is by calling and you don’t answer the phone?!

    @virginmedia hi just been sent a replacement v6 box without a remote I can’t get the old remote to pair any help new box is useless otherwise

    @virginmedia Hi. I have tried two days in a row to talk to someone (via the text chat bot) but no-one has got back to me about the slow speeds (particularly upload). Not receiving the service I pay for at the moment!

    Doesn’t seem like @virginmedia even care I have bad connection, they don’t even reply anybody have a good WiFi provider for RG10 with good speeds?
