@libertyglobal sort your uk based @virginmedia out. The customer service is a complete and utter joke they don't listen they don't sort anything out. But still want payments. Just check the twitter and Facebook reviews on @virginmedia and see for yourself

@virginmedia @libertyglobal This has to be the number 1 worst Internet and TV provider I have ever dealt with. Disgusting customer service they fix nothing do nothing yet they still want paid. Now the have this 28 day wait to sort out a complaint.

@CatrionaShearer @virginmedia Dump them asap. I had a horrendous time with Virgin and they eventually apologised and cancelled an alleged "debt" after I lodged an official complaint. I'm now with Plusnet and the difference is amazing. They are superb.

@entertheecho @virginmedia They told me that cause I didn't go into contract I had to pay a £80 "flex fee" which I could get back when I leave Go to cancel - oop that's not refundable can't do anything sorry! Complaint didn't go anywhere either

@virginmedia No internet since Wednesday at BD19 6 - Constantly told will be sorted by the next day and its not. Not good enough - paying for a service we rely on and you are not doing anything about it.
