@virginmedia Time you realised that when I Have problems with VM I just go straight to the CEO office, still not great but slightly better and completely ignore how VM would like me to contact them I contact VM the way in which I choose to do

@Beatiebye @virginmedia I haven't been able to access mine all day – and I can't run my business. Called and was told many people having the same issue. No idea when it will be fixed though.
