@virginmedia Spiking daily, been hung up on through customer phone service 30+ times over 2 years, had 2 technicians appointed to our house who both dropped contact and stopped responding to texts after telling us there is a problem. Utilisation issue in my area, jitter is messed up.

@virginmedia I've been trying since 7th January. Finally get through after another 45 minute wait call handler tells me they will have to call me back in 10 minutes... that was yesterday at 1.45pm... maybe Ofcom can help.

@virginmedia been trying to cancel my account for 4 days without having to pay a fee as advised in your price hike email, 10 collective hold hours on calls, 3 days of waiting in a WhatsApp queue and not even an option for web chat? I just want to cancel!
