    @virginmedia Is virgin down in NE12 area? Service status is saying everything is fine but broadband, TV and phone aren't working tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and still nothing... Been like this for 2 hours now. Bill has been paid this month.

    @virginmedia If as a company you are willing to honour the compensation promised to us and pay us what has been said and what is owed then I'm happy to drop this issue. Other than that I have nothing more to say as I have been instructed

    @virginmedia Yes and have rang multiple times over the past year. I logged a complaint only to receive a letter saying theyd book an engineer and replace the hub if needed. I rang to do this and they said i had to pay £25. I already pay £60 for no internet
