    @virginmedia all I would like is that you update my mum (of 80) ‘s information on the web interface. I won’t go into the farce of the last few months but I do think it would be nice before you cut her off AGAIN to update the information so I can action the problem. #cantcomplain

    @virginmedia And believe me after 10 year service never missing a bill and taking every service I will not be back after this. Not my fault you cannot supply a service so why there is no compromise? Disappointed

    @BlueBlood2510 @virginmedia I had a month with intermittent service, turned out the engineer had put a pin through the cable. This was just prior to the compensation scheme so I got a tenner credit.

    @LDesesperes @virginmedia Luck you. Their pricing is a joke. Despite being a customer for as long as they’ve been providing broadband services, the price increased to an eye-watering amount. Apparently the cheapest they could offer me for broadband and tv: over £80 pm. I left. Service was awful too.

    @virginmedia The signal drops at least once a day. As I say, it’s not just mine a number of neighbours are making the same comments on out street WhatsApp group. A few have returned to Sky/BT for a more stable service

    @virginmedia What is the SLA on your complaints being acknowledged by customers because i raised a verbal complaint over a week ago and it turns out now no one has done anything about it after i was missold a package Pretty appauling service tbh, think ill go back to @SkyUK tbh

    @virginmedia My connection is fine it just seems that the Netflix App on my older version Tivo Box is just not up to the job. I'm not alone in this judging by posts on the support forums, it must be a known issue.

    @virginmedia can someone please ring ASAP to discuss our poor Internet service have been on hold for over an hour and not the first issues we have had not happy to the point that now we not tied to a contract we are looking else where 02476726617

    @LDesesperes @virginmedia Virgin upgraded in my area recently and service is much worse then before. Calling them is such a hackle.
