    @virginmedia How can I send in positive feedback about one of your customer support team? I was having multiple problems with kit, billing and tech faults. After numerous calls, web chat etc I called today to sort this out and Dale was fabulous. I’d like to send a proper thanks.

    In all fairness to those that have @SkyUK broadband. It is an awful service. We suffered nothing but outages so we changed to #virginmedia as soon as we could. Went from around 35Mb to 200Mb then upgraded to 350Mb before I went onto Gig1.

    @virginmedia still having horrendous problems with this company, numerous calls since 22nd July. Twice assured that engineers would call, but no shows. I have spent hours conversing with numerous people to no avail.

    @virginmedia i literally hate ur wifi, it’s actually up there with the worst wifi on the face of the earth, u can send folk up to space but i can’t watch netflix or tweet this tweet cos now i have to use my data and let me tell you i only have 10mb left so u can pay for more xxx

    @virginmedia ongoing problems with my service. Promised on the 18th that an engineer would call in the 22nd, a no show. Then promised an engineer on the 25th, a no show. Then promised a new TiVo box in the post, yes you guessed it, yes a no show. Ridiculous service no explanation

    Without any shadow of a doubt @virginmedia you have by far the worst customer service available. Just called them for the problem with my box and as always it's awful and a real nightmare. My bills are far from being cheap yet you treat you customers like 💩💩 #nothappy 😤😤

    @MartinGoold @virginmedia Yes, I've just seen the headline on the news. My WhatsApp isn't working, but I can access Facebook. Down Detector suggests a national Virgin Media issue.

    @virginmedia It's about listening to the customer and applying common sense rather than dismissing them & going through a list of useless troubleshooting questions which end up being the same anyway.I have a box that is lit like a Xmas tree & reboots itself instead no.We go through the list.

    Just one week ago @virginmedia carried out "essential works" on their network. Today the Internet connection has failed again. Eventually I was able find out there were "issues" in our area. And their app is a waste of space.

    @virginmedia I have not been able to access any Virgin Media broadband services - either my own or the local hotspot - since around 6pm. I have turned my router off and on again before you ask. Down Detector suggests a national problem with Virgin broadband.

    @virginmedia Why? This is a national problem, apparently. What will me clogging up the phone line achieve? It's not just the Facebook-owned apps, it's your broadband service too.

    @Footbalifantasy @virginmedia I have now been promised an engineers visit on Tuesday to fix my V6 box, I will be delighted if it happens. That is nearly a month since I first reported the faults.

    @virginmedia @virginhelp Think I’ve resolved it… but you’re you fault 🙄 The 2.4G network renamed *itself* back to modems’ default sometime over night (according to my network logs), so older devices could no longer connect. 5G devices were unaffected. I renamed SSID back to correct value. Bizarre.

    Why @virginmedia are you telling me you are going to close my email account? We are @skyuk customers. However @SkyHelpTeam don't seem to be any help. When we switched we took our emails with us but we are now "out of contract" even though we pay every month.

    @virginmedia @VirginMedia All I want is for someone senior to call me to advise when my services will be restored and how I will be compensated. Your customer service team tell me they cant pass me to a manager?? They also cant tell me when my services will be fixed.

    @virginmedia No but it isn't practical to have everything wired. It's the same things as yesterday. Everything working fine, then suddenly stops for no apparent reason. It'll probably return to working normally later without me doing anything but it's a problem when I'm working in the day.

    @virginmedia No, I was told somebody would contact me within 48 hours - that was a week ago. Now I’m on a silent hold to someone who just isn’t responding so I don’t know if they’ve fallen asleep, they have cut me off or if she just doesn’t want to speak to me. Your service is beyond shite.
