@virginmedia Ashliegh Rocket, team manager at Cable Care Faults has agreed I need an engineer but the two appointments I had were cancelled and now she can’t get me an engineer for another week.I have been passed to more people who have no idea what is going on. I cannot work. It’s terrible.

@virginmedia what's the best number to call to discuss installing ? I've taken out a package today. As you can see @bt_uk have left me with no internet. I work from home and I'm also recovering from spinal surgery so any help bringing the install forward would be appreciated👍

@virginmedia Yeah I've done that every time and it says there are no issues. It's the first thing I try each time; so when there is a nil return, I get sent a phone number to a call centre. They say if there are no faults I need an engineer. I just need a new box, clearly. So frustrating.

I have a go at customer service a lot, but with the move @virginmedia were great, @thameswater exemplary, @SouthernWater a great guy on customer helpline and Test Valley Council efficient and personable. It can be done, you know.

@virginmedia On this thread im sure i put the screen shots of the webchat . I did try months ago to enquire but honestly the same happend ive still got the whatsapp messages. Your bots dont help then cut people off

@1daverap @virginmedia They are shockingly bad. Was supposed to join them last month but the installers didn't turn up and by the time I found out they'd rescheduled for 3 weeks later I'd had enough of their customer 'service' and started the drawn out process of cancelling it.
