    @virginmedia no coincidence that as I'm not renewing my contract, my Wi-Fi has been playing up during the last 2 weeks and is now unavailable. So much for looking after its customers. (I'm still paying for this service btw)

    @virginmedia received email regarding returning equipment; however I was advised to take it to recycle centre - which I did. Unable to log in to my account to contact team as I'm no longer your customer. I don't expect to be charged.

    @virginmedia But that is all I’ve received from you over the years. Will I incur more costs calling you again? Outside of this thread I’ve never seen your 0345 number as you don’t advertise it online or in your app (installed yesterday). You shouldn’t treat a long term customer this way.

    @virginmedia TY for scamming me with the offer of an “upgraded service” without telling me this “upgraded service” would remove the kids channels that my daughter watches. Thank you for keeping me on the phone for 40mins to tell me I’d need to pay an extra £5 to get them back

    @virginmedia I already did so. I first spoke to an English man who understood me. Then got transferred to an American man who didn’t so much understand me, then, got transferred to a rude Indian woman who read from a script. The American guy kinda done the same

    @virginmedia Yes it's on, still no service. If I try to find a service manually on phone settings they're all prohibited except S FSR, but that won't let me connect

    @VirginExp customer service makes @virginmedia customer service look like the greatest in the world. £400 worth of vouchers deemed unusable by their terrible website and all they can send out are canned responses 2 weeks after being contacted. #dogdirt

    @virginmedia Yes certainly I was offered a package with virgin volt and have had no end of problems - my mum and dad had their package changed last weekend and have had no tv since - how many other long standing customers of 20+ years are getting this poor service

    @virginmedia I finally resolved the issue with an agent. But the WhatsApp process and staffing needs investigating. On two occasions, after 4+ hours of silence, there was a message the following morning asking if help is still needed. On replying yes, the process restarted. Infuriating 1/

    @virginmedia It's fixed now and it was a problem in the box down the road, almost 24hrs to fix it is a bit of a joke thou 🙄🙄
