@virginmedia But that is all I’ve received from you over the years. Will I incur more costs calling you again? Outside of this thread I’ve never seen your 0345 number as you don’t advertise it online or in your app (installed yesterday). You shouldn’t treat a long term customer this way.

@virginmedia May I suggest in future for new installations you provide a number on the paperwork as opposed to just emails it just seems a bit backwards. Finally tracked down a number (by calling my mother mind you) for it to take about 4 attempts to get through to someone who COULD help. Ty.

I have told @virginmedia online, by phone, by WhatsApp and by registered letter I wish to cancel. Today I've received a letter from them. "I see that no disconnection order has been placed on your account" They don't explain why. They had notice over 30 days ago!!!
