@virginmedia no coincidence that as I'm not renewing my contract, my Wi-Fi has been playing up during the last 2 weeks and is now unavailable. So much for looking after its customers. (I'm still paying for this service btw)

@virginmedia I cancelled months ago, returned the kit and had confirmation it had been rec’d. No way would a company keep charging for a service when a contact is cancelled and given an end date?
