@virginmedia absolute joke. Been calling all week to get internet in the summerhouse and they have upgraded our package without us agreeing to it, now everytime we phone we’re on hold for half an hour then when we say we want to cancel they just hang up on us! Robbing Bastards!!!

@virginmedia But that is all I’ve received from you over the years. Will I incur more costs calling you again? Outside of this thread I’ve never seen your 0345 number as you don’t advertise it online or in your app (installed yesterday). You shouldn’t treat a long term customer this way.

@virginmedia received email regarding returning equipment; however I was advised to take it to recycle centre - which I did. Unable to log in to my account to contact team as I'm no longer your customer. I don't expect to be charged.

@virginmedia Can someone be sent to fix my broadband. I’m restarting my router multiple times/day. Called up and automated response says there’s a problem and call back in 24hrs. I do and get same response.

Well that's me never trusting @virginmedia again... Their sales team assured us they would cover our termination fees with BT. We sent email after email showing the fees.. no reply. Have called today to be told termination fees won't be covered, 2 days before activation.
