    @virginmedia absolute joke. Been calling all week to get internet in the summerhouse and they have upgraded our package without us agreeing to it, now everytime we phone we’re on hold for half an hour then when we say we want to cancel they just hang up on us! Robbing Bastards!!!

    @virginmedia But that is all I’ve received from you over the years. Will I incur more costs calling you again? Outside of this thread I’ve never seen your 0345 number as you don’t advertise it online or in your app (installed yesterday). You shouldn’t treat a long term customer this way.

    @virginmedia @virginmedia my wifi has been down in the EH7 area since Tuesday afternoon. This has impacted my work as we work from home and I’ve had no update on this. The repair date kept on being moved and the last one was 10:05am this morning. Can this be updated asap?

    @virginmedia our TV pin hasn't been working for last two days! we can't watch any shows shown after 9pm during the day. know it's correct and can't reset it as box can't connect (reporting a tc5/null error). There are TV issues reported in bs4 but this isn't on the list.

    @amghegvicbec @virginmedia Thanks but TBH the issue is the length of disruption. Virgin have been great for us for years but to have an area outage for potentially 3 days with many passed fix by deadlines is not acceptable. That’s my issue.

    At least once a month, I have to contact @virginmedia about their services. NEVER AM I COMPENSATED. Two days last time with no net or tv, and nothing. @skytv I’m about to book an engineer to install.
