@virginmedia absolute joke. Been calling all week to get internet in the summerhouse and they have upgraded our package without us agreeing to it, now everytime we phone we’re on hold for half an hour then when we say we want to cancel they just hang up on us! Robbing Bastards!!!

@virginmedia I've done that and so far there has been no response from anyone, not even a member if your seemingly nonexistent team. I've even tried the live message service again. Says you aim to respond in 4 hours, I've been waiting for more than 6. Appalling customer service.
