    @virginmedia received email regarding returning equipment; however I was advised to take it to recycle centre - which I did. Unable to log in to my account to contact team as I'm no longer your customer. I don't expect to be charged.

    @virginmedia absolute joke. Been calling all week to get internet in the summerhouse and they have upgraded our package without us agreeing to it, now everytime we phone we’re on hold for half an hour then when we say we want to cancel they just hang up on us! Robbing Bastards!!!

    Virgin Media now have an ETA of 11:05am today to get these issues fixed. The Service Status tool now appears to be working for the vast majority of people.
