@virginmedia no coincidence that as I'm not renewing my contract, my Wi-Fi has been playing up during the last 2 weeks and is now unavailable. So much for looking after its customers. (I'm still paying for this service btw)

@virginmedia absolute joke. Been calling all week to get internet in the summerhouse and they have upgraded our package without us agreeing to it, now everytime we phone we’re on hold for half an hour then when we say we want to cancel they just hang up on us! Robbing Bastards!!!

@virginmedia TY for scamming me with the offer of an “upgraded service” without telling me this “upgraded service” would remove the kids channels that my daughter watches. Thank you for keeping me on the phone for 40mins to tell me I’d need to pay an extra £5 to get them back

@virginmedia But that is all I’ve received from you over the years. Will I incur more costs calling you again? Outside of this thread I’ve never seen your 0345 number as you don’t advertise it online or in your app (installed yesterday). You shouldn’t treat a long term customer this way.
