Has @virginmedia got the worst Wi-Fi of all providers? The speed at the hub is immense but wireless is terrible. Is there any solution. Their online service chat is as bad.

@virginmedia very disappointed pointless guaranteed minimum statement speeds not achieved consistently even when connected through Ethernet, virgin media refuses to acknowledge a problem, reverting to internal equipment, same issue today but been on hold for over 1 hour…

@virginmedia so my virgin media has been so bad this last 18 months, often lose connection most days last week was down for a day and a half whilst I was supposed to be working from home and no compensation offered! And to top it off they are putting the prices up by £4! Jokers!

@virginmedia after being on hold for 1hour and 7min to be cut off is unacceptable. Is there anyone working at virgin media? no customer service is non existent at this company… happy to take your money, not interest in dealing with issues with their own services…

It’s been an issue with trying to get virgin services in our area. Had engineers out and promises were made and dates set. Dates cancelled kept/being moved and eventually just forgotten about having spent so much time getting things in motion to bring virgin media to our area

@SaleemSR63 @virginmedia I was with Virgin for years. The service during lockdown was diabolical. Internet always off on a daily basis. Couldn't speak to anyone and webchat wouldn't work..I got shot and went to sky. Best thing I ever done

@virginmedia LG tv no longer connects to Wifi - showing in the network list on the tv but unable to connect. When I try connecting the TV via Personal Hotspot using my iPhone it connects fine. So it’s the WiFi not the TV. Worked for years perfectly.
