Has @virginmedia got the worst Wi-Fi of all providers? The speed at the hub is immense but wireless is terrible. Is there any solution. Their online service chat is as bad.

@virginmedia The issue isn’t the EDF, the issue was being sold a new contract in august, when I said I was moving, to now be told you can’t cover the new area. The issue is doing a formal complaint, being told a resolution has been made, but your colleagues nor myself could see what it is!

Had another scam call about bad people in my internet today, didn’t break my record for keeping them talking- only 3 minutes today. Before he hung up he asked me “if I was mad? “ I am taking that as a win. On a serious note @virginmedia what is being done about scam calls?

@virginmedia Rubbish wifi! Remedy, fit a booster. Charged for it even though engineer can’t fit. Getting hold of them to explain is a nightmare. Phone-no answer after holding 45 mins. Made a complaint via email - no response after 28 days. Further complaint- no response. Poor customer service

@virginmedia Of course. And yes I have a new router provided last year. Your service has deteriorated hugely in the last few months and in the midst of a national crisis you think it ok to hike your prices. Appalling. And hanging on phone for 45 minutes unacceptable

It's a good thing I am not working from home. I'd be in trouble if I was as my @virginmedia has been shocking. Non stop dropping! In a one bed flat too. Shocking service and they are putting prices up in March so will pay more to be annoyed
