    Has @virginmedia got the worst Wi-Fi of all providers? The speed at the hub is immense but wireless is terrible. Is there any solution. Their online service chat is as bad.

    @virginmedia customer service is the strangest I’ve ever encountered… discussing the renewal of contract with a staff member on WhatsApp account and twice I’ve had to wait till they have gone for a break all whilst expecting me to agree to a contract which has the wrong price!!

    @ElBrethers It’s a farce. Unlike switching from virgin media to bt, which is new phone line, the utilities come down the same pipes etc. how do other providers send “renewable” energy down the pipes!????

    @virginmedia wireless, cannot have wired where we're currently set up to test at all on that end. & the issue is purely with the internet causing partial/total drops in connection.

    @virginmedia issues with channel 5 on demand service - the adverts start then it just freezes saying cannot watch this show at the moment - any ideas why?

    @virginmedia I registered it. What constitutes a total loss of service by @Ofcom? As there may have been periods of 10-20 minutes where it came back online on a couple of days.

    @virginmedia I’ve spoken to you 7 times as I’ve already said. 6 complaint emails which are entirely pointless. How can you get a manager to contact me?

    @virginmedia Can't help but find that disappointing. I've been in queues since 8.12am this morning via live chat, sms and phone. Surely someone in amongst that time should have been able to respond to me. I know not ur fault but difficult to allocate time to b on hold with kids to entertain.

    Time for the @virginmedia renewal. They want to hike the price. We want a new reliable WiFi box which they promised but didn't deliver last time. To be honest @BT is looking attractive as they may improve the signal around the house.
