    @dearbhaiiile @virginmedia They seem to have no concern for accessibility either, with phone support pretty much being the only option. Not great for those who are hard of hearing or have a communication difference IMO.

    Have had the phone sent back once and now two weeks later still awaiting a pack to send it off again. Been told just to go to @Apple and been hung up on twice. Hundreds of pounds a month being paid to @virginmedia and not even a hint of customer service!!!! Disgusting

    @virginmedia Well good news, my V6 box lost signal as well for 5 minutes, and when it came back again, so did the broadband. The Virgin van was parked near a cabinet, so maybe that was him fixing a fault there.

    @TSSNI @virginmedia completely disgusted by Virgin Media. Have recently taken out 3 phones on contract bringing it up to 4 on the account. One stops working less than a month after buying it and now they are looking to charge me to fix it before even looking at the phone.

    Having a rubbish service from #VirginMedia promised hi fibre fast broadband and it keeps buffering. My partner spoke to customer service who said that was normal. We are leaving after 6 weeks of a terrible service

    @virginmedia We left sky to save money and my request was simple. Virgin TV, broadband and landline. I was quoted £47.99 including a mini box for our second TV. So far I have had the 360 box installed along with the broadband and landline. The internet is poor with a patchie signal upstairs

    @virginmedia when will my internet be fixed in Newport South Wales. Been broken since 12/04/22 and all I get told is another 2 days for an engineer to fix the issue. It’s been almost a month and you haven’t fixed it why?? Unacceptable really. Please respond.
