@virginmedia I really don't think you understand how soul destroying trying to get your call centre to firstly, answer, and secondly not understand the issue...I need to escalate this to someone not reading from a script and able to understand my problem.

@virginmedia Do you have any info about faults in the NE34 8LL area? For almost 2 weeks now our BB connection cuts out/off constantly, particularly around 9pm each night. 151 just says they're working on a fix with no time estimate info. It's quite frustrating now. Thanks.

@virginmedia Sorry if I haven’t made the problem clear. We are in isolation and can’t get to the shop to drop the equipment off. Hence the request for home collection. Your COVID faq indicates that this is possible. But we are still getting grumpy emails about non return and no communication.

@jtlovell1979 It’s the same thing that I was able to fix last time by climbing behind the television but it’s resisting fixing this time. I can still get Netflix and all that but not my Virginmedia stuff. I will have to Phone Somebody 😱

@virginmedia I have been unable to access the virgin media package that I pay £150 monthly for due to a problem In my area that has been disrupting WiFi since last November. After complaining I have been told I am due £8 per month compensation which seems a very poor response.

@virginmedia In addition,m there is no real facility for lodging a story or narrative as the basis of complaint. Maybe I am wrong. PROVE ME WRONG, Virgin. So this is just another meaningless response intended to appeaee not the complainant but the audience.

@virginmedia I find it hard to believe Virgin are sorry, since they still refuse to fix the issue, dispute saying its been fixed, for it to go again 30 minutes ago.
