Virgin Media is sending an engineer to pick up the old kit today and hasn't provided me with the time he'll turn up, just said "today"??? Do they seriously think I'm gonna stay in all day at an earshot from the doorbell? What planet does their customer service live on?

@lcfcwaggy @virginmedia I’m the le18 area and have been having major net drops for a few months now if I leave the room my router is in and go to the kitchen I drop down to 2 bars of WiFi strength and when we ring all we ever get is work is being done in your area
