    @popwilleatitse1 @ana_aisq @virginmedia Just got off the phone with them, E11 issue has a projected fix time of Monday. That's up from yesterday when I rang them and they said it would be fixed today, and last Monday when they said it would be fixed yesterday. They doth chat ****.

    @virginmedia Yes, which is ridiculous as it was down earlier in the week too. Called customer service who said they can provide me a secure connection for £10 extra a month as I work from home? How does that connection work when the main connection is down

    @virginmedia Different false reasons given, 1. engineer did not attend, he tried to call, 2.He was working outside. 3. Outage for the area so did not appear. Spoke with tech support manager they re booked engineer for this Tuesday. Took hours to get another engineer.

    @virginmedia I don't want to have to register on another forum, I've tried calling and get sent a text message saying I've signed up for updates but that just takes me to a page saying there are no issues in my area. We have no broadband or TV and I can't get any news on when it will be fixed

    @virginmedia hi have been overcharged each month since new contract in sept; have called 4 times and told it would be fixed (it hasnt). Last time yesterday and promised call back - surprise surprise no call back! How do I get some one to call back and fix?
