@virginmedia i got a new router and off they went. only the first time something was addressed but it clearly wasn't what was causing the issue. since then I still had the issue and had various new routers.

@virginmedia been a customer for years and our wifi has always been so poor so for our consoles we use Ethernet connection but lately the internet keeps dropping off every other day we’ve had the same router for like 8 years no help from you guys what so ever
