@virginmedia No. I’ve rang numerous times and been told to await a call back which I know is going to be on the wrong number. I refuse to ring anymore as im having to do all the leg work. My complaint will either be dealt with soon and amicably or I will be taking this further

@virginmedia I left in October and sent my equipment back 3 weeks ago.Prior to leaving the engineer came and replaced our hub and took the old one. Now I've got a text saying I didn't send the 2 hubs back. I've called your cust serv 3/4 weeks ago & told them to no avail. Help pls

@virginmedia So even your changing your mind what a stupid business model Virgin media would rather I cancel a paid service to get a free one when I want both this will mean I pay less each month just to get a stream box

@virginmedia That’s the number who today twice told me they would not let me have stream box as I already have a V6 box. Fill in a contact form never had a contact. The TV stream website has in FAQ that I can have both a V6 box and a stream box but I am refused at every turn!

@virginmedia Yes but I get literally nowhere when I speak to your advisors. Apparently unable to give me a date of when the cabling will be completed. I’ve spoken to multiple people whom have misinformed me (fobbed me off) saying the work will be done that day. And it hasn’t. Really poor
