@virginmedia To update you. I’ve now been on phone for 2 hours this morning. First to technical team who couldn’t help. Then to activation team who couldn’t help. Then to pre-install team who couldn’t help. I’m now being transferred again to technical team. WTF is going on?

@VeepaLeStat Best I had has been Virgin media and been with them longest (questionable customer service though plus they try double my price after a year). Worst was TalkTalk and EE. But they are all ***!!!

@virginmedia It's not your fault so no need to be sorry. But whether I get 100Mb, 200Mb or 350Mb it makes no difference to you in cost as it comes from the same equipment so why the tariffs, you are forcing out the poor, the old and the disabled from the ability to have fast broadband @Ofcom

@virginmedia no patterns to the recent drops - could be 5 minutes or 2 hours i don't disconnect but speeds slow enough to disrupt EVERYTHING but every night for the last 9 months 12:00am -01:00am complete disconnect. takes a while to get back online
