@virginmedia I was told there was nothing they could do and then given an email address to contact. Feels as tho it’s been made more difficult for me as an existing customer tho as if I’d been a new customer it looks like I would have got the contract last week

Find it a bit ridiculous that @virginmedia has left me unable to get a new phone in the end after waiting a week for the issue to be resolved on their part 🙄

@virginmedia I was trying to take out a new contract and there was an issue with my account. I had already passed a credit check but when they resolved it they did another check which I failed due to it being so soon after the first. So left with a lower credit score and no new deal

@RBithrey @IanMorris78 @virginmedia when shareholders and profits are more important then yes, it is that hard to offer a consistent service for reasonable money I brought up profits with customer service a while back and the person was just jokingly all "I wish I made that much! lolololol" nah **** off

@gav28uk @virginmedia Much more than a dns problem. Most likely your dns change just coincided with your service coming up again (possibly temporarily). I've been seeing that for hours.
