@virginmedia I was told there was nothing they could do and then given an email address to contact. Feels as tho it’s been made more difficult for me as an existing customer tho as if I’d been a new customer it looks like I would have got the contract last week

@virginmedia I was trying to take out a new contract and there was an issue with my account. I had already passed a credit check but when they resolved it they did another check which I failed due to it being so soon after the first. So left with a lower credit score and no new deal

@virginmedia Yes fix estimate 21st Jan 20:00 hours. Concern is the Eta is getting pushed out. Its almost 7 pm now and still not working. Will it be fixed in one hour? Or do we need to get back up Internet or additional mobile data.

@virginmedia It’s a long story, package was ordered initially was self installation but we called stating we required an engineer, engineer booked turned up but customer service cancelled the order which we did not know until the engineer spent hours on the phone, we rang again new engineer
