    Find it a bit ridiculous that @virginmedia has left me unable to get a new phone in the end after waiting a week for the issue to be resolved on their part 🙄

    @virginmedia Ok we will try that. Failing that I see no other option other than terminating the account, if technical problems mean we cannot ever log in. You would agree? We've provided details of this problem & the 1 time we got through to someone, they said it would be fixed and it was not

    @virginmedia So there is no way as an existing out of contract customer I will be considered important enough to be eligible for your best tarrifs, which are clearly reserved for new customers. It's almost as if you would prefer to lose my custom rather than incentives me to stay

    @virginmedia Your offer is almost twice the amount charged to new customers. We cannot have the £85 Ultimate Volt package as it’s for new customers only. And your foreign customer service has offered £120pm as the absolute best retention offer. Don’t want to move to @SkyGroup but £40 cheaper

    @virginmedia I have now (eventually) negotiated a new contract for my mother in law but had to downgrade her due to VMs extremely high costs. Spoke to four different reps at VM who all provided me with conflicting info. Poor training equals inconsistency and errors…. Not good enough

    Hi @virginmedia now 5 installation delays, 3 months, 2 letters of complaint with no response, probably 30+ hours on the phone to you and I still don't have a broadband installation or any idea when it might happen. Any chance of connecting me before Christmas? #virginmedia

    @virginmedia I would really like to speak to someone at VM on this. With a 50% price hike I expect a service that works and when it doesn’t, then the necessary tools to troubleshoot it

    @virginmedia yet again atrocious service. 6 times internet has gone down so far today. This is almost a daily occurrence now. Happens at least 14 times a month. Always says there are issues but how many can one company have. Looks like a change of provider will be happening soon.
