Does anyone know the email address for @virginmedia please? My 88 year old disabled mum is being told that her landline service is being changed and they won't speak to me. I have PoA. She is terrified that she will lose her only emergency contact. Thanks.

@virginmedia I was trying to take out a new contract and there was an issue with my account. I had already passed a credit check but when they resolved it they did another check which I failed due to it being so soon after the first. So left with a lower credit score and no new deal

Find it a bit ridiculous that @virginmedia has left me unable to get a new phone in the end after waiting a week for the issue to be resolved on their part 🙄

@virginmedia I was told there was nothing they could do and then given an email address to contact. Feels as tho it’s been made more difficult for me as an existing customer tho as if I’d been a new customer it looks like I would have got the contract last week

@virginmedia Yes, it is showing. I am able to connect to the VM wifi network. Once connected it just says “no internet connection”

@craig_cw73 @virginmedia I’m guessing not many. If I clicked on the o2 customer on the app it took me though to a wing on page. Clicked on the virgin media and can’t get on at all.

@virginmedia you replaced faulty tv box 10 days ago, Netflix hasn’t worked since, it’s inc in our bundle. No one capable of sorting it, IT ticket with 5 day resolution promise has long past. Long hold time, told new box incompatible, untrue as Netflix only wants my cc number.
