    @virginmedia I was told there was nothing they could do and then given an email address to contact. Feels as tho it’s been made more difficult for me as an existing customer tho as if I’d been a new customer it looks like I would have got the contract last week

    Does anyone know the email address for @virginmedia please? My 88 year old disabled mum is being told that her landline service is being changed and they won't speak to me. I have PoA. She is terrified that she will lose her only emergency contact. Thanks.

    Find it a bit ridiculous that @virginmedia has left me unable to get a new phone in the end after waiting a week for the issue to be resolved on their part 🙄

    @virginmedia I was trying to take out a new contract and there was an issue with my account. I had already passed a credit check but when they resolved it they did another check which I failed due to it being so soon after the first. So left with a lower credit score and no new deal

    Does anyone else find @virginmedia @VirginMediaCorp have terrible customer service and take no responsibility for errors on their part? Been having an ongoing issue and when wanting to move address was told there be a fee since they don’t have coverage in my new area.

    Very disappointed in @virginmedia rang for the 4th time as we keep getting a WiFi issue in one of our rooms on various devices even though it says it’s a full signal , we were told if we pay £5 extra a month we can have a WiFi booster when they are only £20 to buy , ridiculous

    @virginmedia I’m sorry but I’m refusing to call you for a 3rd time! You guys are categorically the worst service providers. No joined you approach, no one takes any ownership. “Not my department, can’t help”. The company has to take a good look at itself. Shambles, complete shambles.

    @virginmedia Truthfully!! I can barely afford what I pay now. Another £40 per month is extortionate and stinks of greed. You can advise me all you like but it boils down to money in the end. Goodbye 👋

    Switched to @virginmedia and was told because I have an @O2 phone contract I’d get double my data.. all I get told from customer services is they will investigate and nothing happens 🙃
