    @virginmedia why for the past 7-14 days am I getting freezing pictures on every channel, reboot the v6 box which does nothing also seems to be after you have "upgraded" the network in our area. your customer service is shocking as you can't get through to anyone. any ideas???1/2

    @virginmedia Any issues in the PL3 area? Service status says no, but lost Internet connection 15 hlurs ago (again). Superhub is up and running (green lights) and all it says is Internet (access denied). This is the third time in about a week.

    @virginmedia I’m having internet issues. Wi-Fi is working fine on phone but not at all on laptop although saying it’s connected. Is there a outage of sorts?

    @virginmedia upgraded to 1000MB broadband but can't connect to WiFi, any ideas please? Never had this issue with the old router...

    Hello, at what point am I allowed a refund? Still not working, what is short term to @virginmedia ? Short term to me is 20 minutes, any eta of when will be fixed or what the actual issue is?

    @virginmedia Actually we contacted Virgin Media to cancel, only for retentions to refuse to speak to us, claiming we didn't have the correct security information (billing amount, and direct debit, billing date) despite us having the bill directly in front of us.

    @virginmedia I’ve been waiting almost waiting almost 3hrs to get internet. The customer service team weren’t helpful and instead jumped to getting a technician instead. I just want to finish my dissertation 🙄. Now I’ve missed the 5pm deadline. I’ve been waiting for this for over a week now…

    @virginmedia They didn't advise any steps! That is what I'm trying to convey - they just say there is nothing they can do, while contradicting each other about why, and then hanging up on me without providing any path to resolution.
