@virginmedia Can’t access my online account. Have tried on 3 different devices. Doesn’t recognise my username (email) or password. Won’t accept password reset and have been told I’m using correct login. Also want to have ihone unlocked, and was told it is by agent. It isn’t.

@virginmedia you guys seriously need to improve customer service for UK mobiles. Can’t access or reset password to online account, long wait for customer service on phone and incorrect information being given to me.

@kwn_photouk @virginmedia Its common for broadband to go down at these hours. Its when they do updates etc. As its not peak time. Will only effect a smaller number of customers. It'll be back soon!

@virginmedia Broadband down for the 3rd time in 3 days, did the status test and flashed up “you need an engineer visits” then disappeared, now saying intermittent problem in area, didn’t let me book the engineer !!

Honestly there isn’t a worse broadband provider for customer service than @virginmedia , WiFi down since Thursday and the earliest they can send an engineer is Monday. So paying for 5 days of no service?
