    @virginmedia By the amount of posts on Twitter complaining last night about the service I'm pretty certain it wasn't just my area. It hasn't been bad today only gone off twice as oppose to the usual 10 or more

    @virginmedia When are you looking to get this sorted? It’s been almost 2 weeks without any Wi-Fi and it’s literally impossible to do anything let alone work from home. On top I am paying for a service which I can’t use!!!!

    @virginmedia I phoned VM on 10th Feb 22 to cancel my package, due to impending price increase. I received an email 3 days later noting “changes” to my package. I called today to query this, 40 minutes, no further forward. Why is this so difficult?
