@vmbusiness @vmbusinesshelp Do you guys support DTLS? My company recently switched their ZScaler Internet Security from Tunnel v1.0 to v2.0 (DTLS) and I lost all internet connectivity, but on my EE 4G connection it works.

@ExpressoNorwich @virginmedia Hello, I am sorry to hear this, can you please call this number 0800 052 0800 and then option 3, this will get you through to the faults team to investigate why the number is not working.

@virginmedia There is no point. My mum was told that the Executive Team would respond to her complaints in 28 days. They were up on 6/9. She is still waiting. The original complaint was issued in APRIL. I’m not going to argue, the contract has been terminated and her business taken to Sky.

  • z2x2 x2 (@z2x2) reported

you better hurry up fixing the issue in my area @virginmedia it's been like 11 days now

  • Lynsey2901 Lynsey Ross (@Lynsey2901) reported

@virginmedia It’s the level of service you DO provide and have done for a very long time. Tweets like this make no difference. VM needs to take a long, hard look at itself and make improvements to the actual physical service it provides and the responses (or usually, lack of) to customers.

@virginmedia Yes, which is @YodelOnline . But it is also the sender's responsibility to ensure it reaches the customers. Not the customer's responsibility to chase virgin media's suppliers. As @YodelOnline have confirmed, they cannot release any information to me as I'm not the sender.
