    @virginmedia Honestly I think you should look at my account & the number of phone calls made already on the issue & complaint logged (ref 10893768) to get a true sense of my frustration. Furthermore 10-4 is too big a time frame to wait for contact.

    @STU80850291 @virginmedia had same issue, cancelled in April 22 and ported over to Sky, still carried on billing me until I noticed a few months after cancelled my dd now they are trying to charge me
