mike davies (@DavMichael) reported@virginmedia I’ve been sent a new router and it won’t let me connect any devices to it it’s a hub 5. I followed the instructions on the box to the letter. I’ve tried ringing the support number on the box which is completely automated and useless. Any advise ?

Googled "how effective making complaints to @virginmedia is" and came up with some very negative feedback culminating in: "customer feedback AND regulatory data suggest their handling of complaints is often seen as inadequate" Oh dear🙁
