    @timfprice @annembee @virginmedia I have a similar problem with TalkTalk, I have had no broadband or landlines since 17th Feb, they disconnected me because I was upgrading to their fibre to the house, except that got delayed but they still disconnected my normal service. Their web chat service is a joke

    1/3 I’ve never come across such appalling ‘customer service’ & disregard for its customers than that of @virginmedia currently trying to help my 78 & 92 year old parents navigate a series of dead end automated lines rerouted to generic links that don’t cover the issue

    2/3 @virginmedia I have now requested to speak to a human on numerous occasions since Monday to no avail. I have no issue with waiting and being allocated a time to resolve this due to the current situation but the lack of care for customers of 20 years + sums up the robot era!

    3/3 @virginmedia just imagine being 80-90 years old and patronised by a text message ‘chat’ service which goes round and round in circles all to just try and stay ‘connected’ 🤯 #virginmedia #virginmobile

    @virginmedia absolutely discussed the fact that you ring to cancel services and are spoken to by a girl based to a Welsh call centre that was horrible snotty and very aggressive in tone when asked to speak with a manager was told no and cut off I will be taking this further

    @virginmedia email saying contract being increased in March but I could cancel b4 16/2/21 with no cancellation fees! Called, on hold for 45 mins to be told the email was incorrect & was only going up next year ! And I would be charged £240 cancellation fee!!

    @virginmedia Her bill is £55 a month now out of contract, she doesn't use her phone, I only use her internet to download films on sky cinema, Sky have offered £24 a month for the same package, but will not let me cancel online, have to chat first, dont mind staying but need to talk please

    @steviesky01 @virginmedia I’ve just paid for Sky tv and broadband. I don’t think Virgin care to be honest. It’s ludicrous that you can only cancel by phoning or post. They make it as hard as possible by not answering the phone or having email
