    Your service is ******* shit. Stealing my money and leave me on hold for 45 minutes. I paid for a 12 month contract. I called up and cancelled 2 months ago. So why have I been billed £55 for the past 2 months WHICH IS MORE THAN I PAID DURING MY CONTRACT @virginmedia

    @ajltucker @virginmedia @Ofcom Don’t even think of BT I’ve had lots probs with virgin but BT are on on other level of crap changed to BT from sky at my partners house with have had no internet for 2 months and still waiting

    @virginmedia are great when you can reach them-but they can’t be reached.4 times I’ve been on hold for almost 1hr waiting to ask questions. I now have a new box,but of course-it’s giving me an error reading.Brilliant.After 6pm?Tough luck if you’re a #virginmedia customer.
