    @SkyHelpTeam so having done every test under the sun and spending 1 hour and 20 mins on the phone to the ‘help team’ I’m still suffering with pathetic WiFi and have to wait till Feb 4th for a visit! @virginmedia hurry up and come to Newhaven! #notimpressed

    Your service is ******* shit. Stealing my money and leave me on hold for 45 minutes. I paid for a 12 month contract. I called up and cancelled 2 months ago. So why have I been billed £55 for the past 2 months WHICH IS MORE THAN I PAID DURING MY CONTRACT @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Sorry John that’s no use. I phoned, I can’t talk to a human being they just want to send me a link etc. we have already ascertained the issue. Further checks are a waste of time. Can I not just order a pod? It isn’t if needed it obviously IS needed.

    @virginmedia Reported that we are experience poor or no Wi-Fi in the upstairs of our house and was just told we need to either upgrade our package (even though it’s 100mb+ fibre) or pay £8 a month for a ‘pod’. There was literally no investigation or other solutions offered.

    @virginmedia These results are wifi as they are saved in a log on my phone, but results have been similar when checked over Ethernet at similar times with a cat 6 cable. I've checked the service plans etc and this has been going on for over a month now

    @virginmedia It's fine now but it keeps on happening. The connection suddenly drops and the only way to get it back is to turn the router off and on again. May be an issue with the line?
