@virginmedia Called and no issues. It has to be equipment, right? There’s an option to ‘test hub’ on that link but it just goes to an invalid page. I’ve been patient for a few weeks now, but I’m finding it hard to remain so! Trying to work like this is impossible

@virginmedia So… are you saying work is being carried out today. Wait until tomorrow and then if still bad book an engineer? I can live with that. But the person I spoke to had no idea about that and just booked an engineer again. Can I ask have other people raised area issues?

@virginmedia Official complaint I’m afraid. They said ‘I’ll book an engineer’ I said ‘that was booked for tomorrow but you cancelled it’ She gets aggressive and it’s hard to understand what she’s saying and says ‘do you want an engineer or not.’ Sorry but this is truly shocking service.

So far I’ve had three promised appointments from @virginmedia but sadly three no shows. We’ve had intermittent broadband for about 6 months now and just can’t seem to get the problem fixed.

@virginmedia No it was the ‘general area fix’ (my engineer was cancelled by Virgin) which was then followed up with an email that said ‘everything is sorted’ which it was, until today when it was in and out again for hours. It’s ok now, but for how long?

@virginmedia Yes we have, for 2 weeks. Also had amazing comms with your support teams through phone, email, WhatsApp, chatbot. Ah, we had an engineer over as well, obviously they can't do anything as your network isn't functioning properly. Only interested in WHEN our internet will work.

@virginmedia Yes it is. Complaint, C 140223878, on the 14th February 2023 after waiting two weeks for a non access to my email. Since then I have changed or had changed the password to my email account changed about 6 times. Still no connection to my email. Apparently the issue is resolved
