    @virginmedia I’ve been trying to message with your help section for 3 hours now - had 2 agents introduce themselves then disappear. All I want to do is let them know the details of someone pretending to be Virgin who tried to scam me then threatened me this morning. Not good.

    @virginmedia Look, I've done everything you told me to do: sending messages to the text no. you gave me - no response in a week - calling an automatic no that said it would send a signal to my equipment 'BECAUSE SOMETHING IS WRONG' - nothing happened......calling and not being answered ....

    @virginmedia I used the automatic system for Virgin to send a signal to sort out my problems - nothing has been done, now I'm on hold to speak to a human being 16 minutes and counting. This is unforgivable 2 weeks of : Slow Wifi, no apps working and can't even speak to someone.@BBCWatchdog

    @virginmedia After over 3 hours and on my 3rd agent I managed to report it. The call was a scam, saying that my wifi was too slow and trying to get to my laptop. When I twigged and refused they became abusive and threatened physical abuse.

    @virginmedia It was a call and it wasn’t easy to hear what they were saying. Something about having detected that my internet was slow when doing online banking. It sounded very much like the “We are from BT open reach” scam so I said I would call them back.

    @virginmedia I am bitterly disappointed that you have only been able to provide a broadband service for a week and now there's nothing. My work relies on fast reliable broadband. If this doesn't get fixed this Monday, I'll be seeking another provider.

    @virginmedia My wife's email has been unavailable since 10th August. Explained twice to customer service that its important but told there is a problem with 'some' emails. Issue is definitely Virgin as can't access through website, app or email client.
