@virginmedia We tried valiantly. After being let down again on the basics of simply getting us our equipment and getting us online we did eventually manage to speak to someone. Thankfully we managed to cancel and go back to Sky and never need to deal with Virgin Media ever again!

@virginmedia I used the automatic system for Virgin to send a signal to sort out my problems - nothing has been done, now I'm on hold to speak to a human being 16 minutes and counting. This is unforgivable 2 weeks of : Slow Wifi, no apps working and can't even speak to someone.@BBCWatchdog

@virginmedia After over 3 hours and on my 3rd agent I managed to report it. The call was a scam, saying that my wifi was too slow and trying to get to my laptop. When I twigged and refused they became abusive and threatened physical abuse.

@virginmedia Look, I've done everything you told me to do: sending messages to the text no. you gave me - no response in a week - calling an automatic no that said it would send a signal to my equipment 'BECAUSE SOMETHING IS WRONG' - nothing happened......calling and not being answered ....

@virginmedia I changed Internet provider and they were meant to inform you I was leaving. They didn't and I had to do it, ended up paying £47 for one month service I didn't use. Now you billed me again for £59, I can't afford this😭😭😭

@virginmedia Got through to someone wasn't happy with response tbh been customer 10 years. Contract expires in 2 months will cancel and move on. Don't think you value your customers just after new ones which is fine thanks for your help anyway
