    @virginmedia No it was the ‘general area fix’ (my engineer was cancelled by Virgin) which was then followed up with an email that said ‘everything is sorted’ which it was, until today when it was in and out again for hours. It’s ok now, but for how long?

    @virginmedia how can you charge a disconnection fee for a service I never renewed and disconnected the day my contract ended? Absolutely ridiculous and I'm still being charged for the contract I never renewed!

    @virginmedia what the hell is wrong with your system. Impossible to report a fault! No contact available just going round in circles. Landline not worked for a week now 🤬 you really are the pits, can’t even cancel this crappy service £109.75 paid this month!!!!

    @virginmedia 2/2 customer services is just 'turn it off and on again on automated message' Can't speak to anyone. May cancel direct debit if I don't get some satisfaction and action soon to resolve issues which appear common place complaints

    So far I’ve had three promised appointments from @virginmedia but sadly three no shows. We’ve had intermittent broadband for about 6 months now and just can’t seem to get the problem fixed.

    @virginmedia Yes it says there is a known fault which has been going on since Friday at 7pm. No further explanation and the estimate fix just keeps resetting. It is absolutely unacceptable.

    @virginmedia Sure although I do miss the days when companies who knew customers were having problems called them as opposed to the other way around. I’m a bit old fashioned that way I guess 🤔

    @O2 I’m absolutely getting fed up with the new app, every time, I tried to use it keeps opening website for virgin media. Sends you an email, and, you’ve to click on it. Other companies aren’t like that. The previous version was absolutely amazing. Fix it immediately!

    @virginmedia It’s ok I think the messages have stopped now the office is closed. One of the worst experiences ever and I won’t use the WhatsApp messaging again as it obviously isn’t fit for purpose

    Massive problems with @virginmedia in #Southend. Broadband hasn't been working properly for over a week. Service checker keeps changing excuse, so you can't book and engineer. Tried calling on hold for half an hour then cut off. Shocking service.

    @BenZaranko This is just how network operators roll now in hyper-consumption economies I saw a Reddit thread the other day where one guy had ended up paying Virgin Media £130/month just for basic cable broadband. Just because he hadn't challenged any of the price increases for 3 years.

    @virginmedia are crooks, taking advantage of a vulnerable person. Sold a product never set up as no engineer arrived after numerous requests. Calling to try and bully them into a paying for a service they cancelled that was not fit for purpose, disgusting scum.

    @PeterBakerMcfc @virginmedia Internet is back now. No one touched anything and it goes off. Moving to Community Fibre once this contract is up. I can't keep having these issues & paying through the nose. At least we'll be able to rotate through the apps as and when needed.
