@virginmedia hi I’ve got to say I’m extremely disappointed by your customer service with upgrading my phone I called to upgrade on Monday and everything got though to including credit checks and the reply was sorry we’ve got to do back off checks and I’ve still heard nothing back

@virginmedia It’s down again now and, according to the @virginmedia recorded message , will be interrupted ‘for short periods’ until 6pm today. Pretty unhelpful, esp as I often use Skype to speak to interviewees abroad

@virginmedia and you would get back to me (VM) After a couple of months I spoke to a young man in customer service who said it was something you offered and as I had issues with my landline he would get someone to call me about it ASAP this could take 72hrs &still waiting

@virginmedia I appreciate your response but I did get through to an agent and the response I got was quite frankly appalling. The only thing that link says is there is a problem with using the app. This is a problem that has now been going on for weeks

@virginmedia absolutely shocking that as a customer since 2012 out of contract since 2014 decided to tackle the £130+ a month bill only to be told we can knock off £10 but increase your broadband is the only offer you can make to keep me with you. Time to move on

Ok @virginmedia I'm cross enough to go public. Broadband has been down since 1500 in BN1. I've already lost a client (livestream video) and have another booked for tomorrow. Your operaters keep saying (4 calls) it'll be up in 30 mins. It's been SEVEN HOURS.

@virginmedia are great when you can reach them-but they can’t be reached.4 times I’ve been on hold for almost 1hr waiting to ask questions. I now have a new box,but of course-it’s giving me an error reading.Brilliant.After 6pm?Tough luck if you’re a #virginmedia customer.
