@virginmedia Your auto comp service is ridiculous. And besides, it's not just about the fact it's a paid service - it's the fact no service for several days. This doesn't need an engineer, I just need a box. You have a base just up the road from me, maybe I should go knock on their door.

@virginmedia Complaint - package price is wrong and everyone keeps promising to sort, but still haven't. Broadband - keeps dropping out. When issue occured last time router swap fixed it. I need an engineer to come out and fix today but nobody can help.

The service I've had from @virginmedia has been absolutely awful! If I treated my customers this way I would be out of business. Complaint has been dragging on for 2 months now, with loads of empty promises. Now I'm being messed about with my broadband service not working ->

How easy is it to pair a new Virgin Media remote to a TIVo box? My current remote is not working very well anymore so I've ordered a new one and now I'm panicking. (YES I've changed the batteries/checked the sensors etc)

@virginmedia Soooo many problems with Virginmedia at the moment. Broadband and VOIP Phone outage at moment and for third time this week!!!! Automated 150 call that just drops out when waiting for an Operator to speak to. NO EASY WAY TO RESOLVE ANYTHING!!!!!! Frustrated Much!

@virginmedia Hi John, sorry but this isn't acceptable. Been with VM for decades and updates were always VERY rare, now they are almost daily. No service should need updates this often if done properly and if this is going to be a constant then we'll have to find a more reliable service

@virginmedia simple outrageous, complete broadband outage for the past five days in Darwen BB3 area and many customer complaints. Constantly changing fix time, 8am - 10am - 2pm - 6pm - day after day after day. To the point now you don’t even bother updating your status properly.
