@virginmedia Your customer service is something else. 12 days I have been without my landline number since new installation! And 10+ hours wasted on the phone to resolve the issue to now avail! How am I suppose to run a buisness without it please tell me!

@dunleavy138 @NOWTV @virginmedia I've never had virgin so can't really answer about them...but the NowTV box with Entertainment package seems to do for D. It has comedy, movies, Sky channels Etc., and it's no contract and far cheaper than alternatives.

@virginmedia Hi. First of all, I am getting tweets about logins from a new device. I only ever access TV go from one machine - my desktop. This is the original complaint I had because all of my device slots are used up within a week.

@virginmedia Hi Khoros, the broadband is currently working although the service has been intermittent and very unreliable. There is an Engineer visit booked for Friday. My Mother have made a complaint because the Chat Service was so appallingly bad and we’re waiting on your feedback.
