@dunleavy138 @NOWTV @virginmedia I've never had virgin so can't really answer about them...but the NowTV box with Entertainment package seems to do for D. It has comedy, movies, Sky channels Etc., and it's no contract and far cheaper than alternatives.

@virginmedia Your customer service is something else. 12 days I have been without my landline number since new installation! And 10+ hours wasted on the phone to resolve the issue to now avail! How am I suppose to run a buisness without it please tell me!

Welcome to the UK - Worst in Europe for it.

@virginmedia Virgin was down 6 days in 2 weeks faults with cable repeated outages thfought the year I get told by YOU to run diagnostics !!! Unhelpful. Paying £52 month Plusnet £28 they much better customer services

@virginmedia I asked for transfer of ownership of my account to another family, but services were disconnected without the new service kicking in. No tv or internet to date.
