    @virginmedia Soooo many problems with Virginmedia at the moment. Broadband and VOIP Phone outage at moment and for third time this week!!!! Automated 150 call that just drops out when waiting for an Operator to speak to. NO EASY WAY TO RESOLVE ANYTHING!!!!!! Frustrated Much!

    @virginmedia Well I’ve changed my bank details and called several times to try pay you but the last 2 of your agents somehow couldn’t understand my English accent so I might just keep the money and go down the pub... cheers 🍻

    @virginmedia Your customer service is something else. 12 days I have been without my landline number since new installation! And 10+ hours wasted on the phone to resolve the issue to now avail! How am I suppose to run a buisness without it please tell me!

    @dunleavy138 @NOWTV @virginmedia I've never had virgin so can't really answer about them...but the NowTV box with Entertainment package seems to do for D. It has comedy, movies, Sky channels Etc., and it's no contract and far cheaper than alternatives.

    @_andrewslinn @virginmedia Having similar problems with automated 150 line during mtiple outages this week. WFH means 2330 fix is pretty useless

    Disgusted with @virginmedia. My internet goes down every day. Impossible to make a complaint. Always call same number and given rubbish reason. I want to make a complaint and get my issues resolved. Worst company ever!!!

    @virginmedia My 78yr old mum has no phone, WiFi or TiVo boxes working. Just been told problem in area and resolved by 10am 5/8/21. She is sitting in silence! Unacceptable

    @virginmedia They needed permission from local council to dig road up to lay cable so today was the day cable to be installed and guess what they can’t do it now till 18th august now 8 months with hardly no internet service is very poor it’s not good enough

    @AFCBOldgit Thanks 👍🏻 I know I have to decide between going back to Virgin Media or trying the new Cityfibre/Vodafone combo but worried I’m not left with no service as it’s important we get more than a basic speed for the multitude of devices and WFH issues

    @YodelOnline I’ve waited in all day for a new @virginmedia super *** 4 all day to no avail. Tracking; JD0002251297291118 I could of been helping with a food bank today. Yet once again you value your time, more than mine. Piss poor logistics.

    @virginmedia ..why set an installation date if you cannot honour it & have to reschedule 2 days before the installation. I had to cancel my work to organise around this. Who is going to compensate for missing a work day?

    @virginmedia Yes. But not recordings and keeps buffering. Also now having problems streaming on my phone. We have just upgraded our broadband and it is WORSE THAN EVER.
