@virginmedia Your customer service is something else. 12 days I have been without my landline number since new installation! And 10+ hours wasted on the phone to resolve the issue to now avail! How am I suppose to run a buisness without it please tell me!

@dunleavy138 @NOWTV @virginmedia I've never had virgin so can't really answer about them...but the NowTV box with Entertainment package seems to do for D. It has comedy, movies, Sky channels Etc., and it's no contract and far cheaper than alternatives.

@BBCNews @SkyNews @virginmedia has a National outage it seems & yet they have not reported a single issue through anyone of their possible channels! I find it very hard to believe someone doesn’t have access to a 4G router to notify their customer base
