    @virginmedia Your customer service is something else. 12 days I have been without my landline number since new installation! And 10+ hours wasted on the phone to resolve the issue to now avail! How am I suppose to run a buisness without it please tell me!

    @dunleavy138 @NOWTV @virginmedia I've never had virgin so can't really answer about them...but the NowTV box with Entertainment package seems to do for D. It has comedy, movies, Sky channels Etc., and it's no contract and far cheaper than alternatives.

    @virginmedia Look, I sat on a live chat today for 45 minutes because now our phone line has stopped working (along with our ongoing broadband issue) only to be told that I needed to speak to technical support who weren’t available on live chat and I needed to call 150 from our virgin phone!!

    @virginmedia I never received a final bill, or anything asking if I wanted to renew my contract. I knew I had paid off all my contract and cancelled my direct-debit as I'm entitled to do if a contract has come to the end of its duration.

    @virginmedia Thanks for your reply. There is a problem in my area… however, I’ve experienced really bad pixelated tv for quite a few weeks - any ideas?

    @virginmedia Thank you. It keeps saying everything is fine ‘no known issues’. Restarted (inc factory reset) hub multiple times. Often it works fine, but sometimes painfully slow and calls don’t work. When there’s two or three of us on calls, it’s terrible - but that never used to be an issue.

    @virginmedia I CAN’T CALL 150 BECAUSE MY PHONE LINE DOESN’T WORK. If I call an 0345 number on my mobile I will be charged by my network provider, why should I pay any more money for your rubbish service?

    @virginmedia @DaveAgainst The field manager hasn’t called me. I got in touch with one I had already contacted and he’s telling me to cancel my contract and start another and wait another 10 days! This is beyond an joke. Can I have a number for head office please? 26 days is unacceptable

    @virginmedia Wireless is the main issue. We have boosters which I often connect to via a land cable to try and stabilise the connection but that’s not always practical. Occasionally internet cuts out completely.

    @virginmedia are a disgrace. My boyfriend has to move out of his place. He got me to sign up via a friend referral in March as new customer. They are of no help & charging £240 to disconnect! £240 IS A JOKE!!!! I want to cancel mine too & go with sky! #virginmedia #disgrace
