    @virginmedia Your customer service is something else. 12 days I have been without my landline number since new installation! And 10+ hours wasted on the phone to resolve the issue to now avail! How am I suppose to run a buisness without it please tell me!

    @dunleavy138 @NOWTV @virginmedia I've never had virgin so can't really answer about them...but the NowTV box with Entertainment package seems to do for D. It has comedy, movies, Sky channels Etc., and it's no contract and far cheaper than alternatives.

    @virginmedia Hi.. I called Tues and was advised that I would receive the email in 48 hrs. No email and no the activation button in the app is not there... what I have got is another £5 charge for having the premium netflix which still isnt working... #skytv help me!

    @gilly7982 @SkyUK Virgin media were the same and not giving much information out, the only time anyone was given information from them was when it was fixed which was 11 hours after it went down

    @virginmedia Hello! So received a letter saying as I’m out of contract you are RAISING my bill by over £10 after already raising my bill in APRIL! this has never been the case in previous years and I’ve been with you for over 14 years only to be treated worse than new customers!

    @virginmedia You have wrongly billed me now for 3 of the last 4 months. I have called four times and submitted an online complaint where I was told the problem is fixed. I have also just noticed that no refunds were made after that response. How do I escalate above a complaint?

    @virginmedia Unfortunately no success on whatsapp. VM need to think about accessibility issues for the elderly and disabled it's just far too hard getting things sorted. Too many bots/recorded messages with fixed options. It would be far quicker to do things the old way by post.
