    @dunleavy138 @NOWTV @virginmedia I've never had virgin so can't really answer about them...but the NowTV box with Entertainment package seems to do for D. It has comedy, movies, Sky channels Etc., and it's no contract and far cheaper than alternatives.

    @virginmedia Your customer service is something else. 12 days I have been without my landline number since new installation! And 10+ hours wasted on the phone to resolve the issue to now avail! How am I suppose to run a buisness without it please tell me!

    @virginmedia are there problems with internet AGAIN??? In Northampton, third day in a row it's disconnected and dropped out. Working from home and home schooling is impossible with this service :(

    @virginmedia yeah it’s not telling me of any problems in the area. our speeds seem fine and normal, we look connected on our devices but things are struggling to either load or connect to servers for things like online games. it’s very temperamental and not sure why :(

    @virginmedia Yep. Checked all that, used the app and it says everything is great. I called the customer service line yesterday and it said it needed to send something down the line but nothing happened.

    @virginmedia I have just called 03454541111 after being on hold for over 20 minutes- YOU CUT ME OFF 😡 what an absolute shambles. I’m not going to get no work completed today and my children will not get any online school work completed. When will this broadband issue be solved in leicester??

    @virginmedia Did that done that followed every link called every number. And still you say you have no record of a complaint. But still a pay monthly for a terrible services. So now I'm taking ofcom. Citizens advice. Ombudsman to see what I can do about this.

    @virginmedia Yep called multiple times and gone through different tests resets etc to help. Was told there was an issue in my area and assured it would be resolved by the 6th. Then told an engineer is coming around to fix it today. Now got a message saying they’re coming next Tuesday...
