@virginmedia Your customer service is something else. 12 days I have been without my landline number since new installation! And 10+ hours wasted on the phone to resolve the issue to now avail! How am I suppose to run a buisness without it please tell me!

@dunleavy138 @NOWTV @virginmedia I've never had virgin so can't really answer about them...but the NowTV box with Entertainment package seems to do for D. It has comedy, movies, Sky channels Etc., and it's no contract and far cheaper than alternatives.

@virginmedia really disappointed in your service. Went to change packages and you were going to charge us more than a new customer after their offer period. Waited for a call back and did not receive. Cancelled last month and now received a full bill for next month! #awfulservice

@virginmedia I’m on a standard Virgin media package. I have full signal in these areas as the house is fairly small but it’s just my device that seems to not load any data. My phone is on a Virgin Mobile contract so should I seek help from Virgin or from the original manufacturer (Apple)?
