@dunleavy138 @NOWTV @virginmedia I've never had virgin so can't really answer about them...but the NowTV box with Entertainment package seems to do for D. It has comedy, movies, Sky channels Etc., and it's no contract and far cheaper than alternatives.

@virginmedia Your customer service is something else. 12 days I have been without my landline number since new installation! And 10+ hours wasted on the phone to resolve the issue to now avail! How am I suppose to run a buisness without it please tell me!

@virginmedia Broadband cutting out consistently in DD1 again today. Just completely dropping off for random amounts of time. What an absolute shambles of a week this has been. Your status checker says there’s only issues with TV here. Awful, awful service.

@virginmedia Kind of missing the point. You increased prices. To improve service. You remove services and then degrade the service had (lots of drops and slowness) then these outages too And hard to call when your number didn't work!

@virginmedia Ty for rescuing out, it’s ok atm but this is the issue. Sporadic periods of connection loss/pocket loss and speed fluctuation even on a hard wired device. With respect all I ever get told is reboot the hub, I’ve had this router ever since I’ve joined Virgin

@virginmedia Reboot of hub soft reset and hard reset via the reset whole, checked the line cable coming in from outside and checked power cables. I’ve tried various Ethernet cables in various ports on the router as well. Also get a poor WIFI connection upstairs.

@virginmedia Hi guys I’ve recently had virgin fibre broadband It’s not great in some areas of the house If I boot a virgin pod off eBay can I use this to boost the signal? I know I can get them if I pay for a higher speed but I can’t afford the extra a month Thanks
