@dunleavy138 @NOWTV @virginmedia I've never had virgin so can't really answer about them...but the NowTV box with Entertainment package seems to do for D. It has comedy, movies, Sky channels Etc., and it's no contract and far cheaper than alternatives.

@virginmedia Your customer service is something else. 12 days I have been without my landline number since new installation! And 10+ hours wasted on the phone to resolve the issue to now avail! How am I suppose to run a buisness without it please tell me!

@virginmedia Status just says “looks like there are issues in ch430uz which might affect you” original planned work was till 1500, then 1800 and still no sign. All day outage not good enough.

@virginmedia Well let me assure you it has been overlooked previously so I take zero confidence from your explanation. Complaint was raised 21st July and closed without agreement as explained above, again WITHOUT my agreement. 2 more opened, one I asked for and one of your own will? Why? 1/2

@virginmedia Still down 7 hrs that is today. Ordered bt today so once phone line on will be ringing up to cancel virgin media and discuss compensation for the last 13 days

@virginmedia Called up now they’re saying it’ll be fixed on the 26th which is another 2 days away! So that’ll be 3 weeks we haven’t been able to use the service for!
