    @virginmedia But no TV service for another 2 days. Not acceptable, and this is being paid for. No offer to even send a quick install box I can do myself.

    @virginmedia TV down in NR4 and the suggested reconnection date is December 29. Seems a long time? I’m aware no time is a good time for this to happen but Boxing Day is a REALLY bad time. Will this reflect in my (vast) bill?

    Virgin media are awful. Wi-Fi should’ve been installed on 19th of August, and the full installation has been pushed back to past November despite still paying for the Wi-Fi. Shocking.

    @virginmedia Complaint - package price is wrong and everyone keeps promising to sort, but still haven't. Broadband - keeps dropping out. When issue occured last time router swap fixed it. I need an engineer to come out and fix today but nobody can help.

    @virginmedia Soooo many problems with Virginmedia at the moment. Broadband and VOIP Phone outage at moment and for third time this week!!!! Automated 150 call that just drops out when waiting for an Operator to speak to. NO EASY WAY TO RESOLVE ANYTHING!!!!!! Frustrated Much!

    @_andrewslinn @virginmedia Having similar problems with automated 150 line during mtiple outages this week. WFH means 2330 fix is pretty useless

    @virginmedia Your auto comp service is ridiculous. And besides, it's not just about the fact it's a paid service - it's the fact no service for several days. This doesn't need an engineer, I just need a box. You have a base just up the road from me, maybe I should go knock on their door.

    The service I've had from @virginmedia has been absolutely awful! If I treated my customers this way I would be out of business. Complaint has been dragging on for 2 months now, with loads of empty promises. Now I'm being messed about with my broadband service not working ->

    18 months after stopping #BT BB due to shocking service returning as @virginmedia don't serve new home. Terrible sales experience with @bt_uk promised delivery date & mobile back up if couldn't be met. Delivery date delayed, no interim service offered as promised. @BTCare

    @DanParsons3 @virginmedia It seems to be affecting all Wi-Fi devices here as the ethernet cable is working to the TV (at the mo!) but mine and my partners phones both have no Wi-Fi signal.

    Three apps go offline and people are saying the #InternetShutDown like there isn't millions of other websites out there is kinda sad lads. Unless you have Virgin Media, then then Internet is shut down four times a week.
