    @virginmedia It's no problem really - we have the TV remote for the volume so it's OK. Is there no way of programming the remote or is it just that it's faulty?

    @virginmedia And what are we supposed to do with the notice you have given? Switch to sky or BT for the day? So the people that have been affected and are in isolation and working from home have lost their day’s income because of this. It’s an outage for the entire day, not a few hours!

    @virginmedia The link you provided just takes me to my account and after a lot of going around in circles, I cannot find ANYWHERE to book an engineer. Please advise how I can do this. If this issue is not fixed, I will contact CISAS. The service is appalling

    @virginmedia Engineer never turned up and then told when I chased that one was never going to come..yet my appt was confirmed! Now wasting more time chasing up my @YodelOnline tracking number as never received a message and number from @virginmedia not working. Another day being wasted.
