    @virginmedia Media service. We had cancelled and got a call Tuesday offering us a better deal, to be activated today. Rang earlier and spent nearly 50 minutes on the phone with a great woman who went through our new package which for some reason hadn’t been auctioned.

    @virginmedia evening, we have phoned once today re; activating WiFi hub, however it’s flashed all day. We reset but still flashing hours later, and now can’t get through on phone to activate new WiFi box. Any help at all? Been on hold for an hour now, no WiFi for 2 days.

    @BenJaneDavies @virginmedia Well this is the thing!! We had cancelled because we weren’t happy they couldn’t match the new customer offers for us. Retentions rang and beat the offer instead. Said would all be up today but have had issue after issue! They’re so incompetent

    @ThreeUKSupport I requested my PAC and gave it to my new provider @virginmedia. They’ve told me my contract with you ends only once my number transfers on 23rd March, even though I stopped using your service on 19th and requested cancellation on 20th? No-one mentioned 30 days notice.

    @virginmedia Are you seriously taking the mick? I have spend hours on the phone to virgin where they have confirmed an issue. Now when you call, you have an automated message saying there is a fault in my area. The phone will not ring through. This is disgusting service

    @virginmedia Do you have a history logged of my issues? It’s been about 3 months. Currently isn’t connection just drops from time to time, which cuts any streaming dead. I was told area issues were to blame but they were supposedly fixed last month. All this &the bill increased this month🥲😬
