    @virginmedia evening, we have phoned once today re; activating WiFi hub, however it’s flashed all day. We reset but still flashing hours later, and now can’t get through on phone to activate new WiFi box. Any help at all? Been on hold for an hour now, no WiFi for 2 days.

    @virginmedia Season’s greetings. An engineer has replaced the cable in the road with a temporary one and it works but it’s super slow, definitely not fibre quality! Any idea when this might be improved? J

    @virginmedia Sure thing, let it be known that I think it’s pretty irresponsible of your management to be taking on lots of new accounts whilst the customer service is actually running at a reduced capacity! Credit to you guys in the social media team and those in the call centres 🙏

    @BenJaneDavies @virginmedia Well this is the thing!! We had cancelled because we weren’t happy they couldn’t match the new customer offers for us. Retentions rang and beat the offer instead. Said would all be up today but have had issue after issue! They’re so incompetent

    @virginmedia Media service. We had cancelled and got a call Tuesday offering us a better deal, to be activated today. Rang earlier and spent nearly 50 minutes on the phone with a great woman who went through our new package which for some reason hadn’t been auctioned.

    @samatlounge @virginmedia I wrote them a letter (!) on physical paper (!) saying I was hereby cancelling my contract, and if there's any problem they should get in touch withn 10 working days. It worked. Never heard no more from them. And yes, they are the WORST! Never again!

    @wekesperos @samatlounge @virginmedia Never had Virgin Media but threatened legal action over 3 years of multiple unsolicited (3-4 a week) letters a week. That worked too. They do like their printed paper.

    @samatlounge @virginmedia I’ve literally cancelled debit cards to get out of similar monthly charges. They make it as easy as possible to sign up and as hard as possible to cancel. Should be illegal

    @virginmedia the worst customer service ever. After speaking to 6 different advisors to renew my package and being assured it will be sorted I have been let down. I’m now left with a 2 year O2 contract I don’t want and my VM contract has not been actioned. Very disappointed.
