@virginmedia Really. I would have sent an engineer over a year ago when it all started. At the moment I’m looking at buying a mesh system to see if this resolves the issue. If not I’m gone. All you seem to do is want money. Not one of the departments help.

Still waiting for @virginmedia to explain how they can justify a price increase when they can’t provide a stable reliable service to begin with. Intermittent issue constantly but as there’s nothing when they test I must be wrong. Absolute piss take, avoid them at all costs!
