@dunleavy138 @NOWTV @virginmedia I've never had virgin so can't really answer about them...but the NowTV box with Entertainment package seems to do for D. It has comedy, movies, Sky channels Etc., and it's no contract and far cheaper than alternatives.

@virginmedia Soooo many problems with Virginmedia at the moment. Broadband and VOIP Phone outage at moment and for third time this week!!!! Automated 150 call that just drops out when waiting for an Operator to speak to. NO EASY WAY TO RESOLVE ANYTHING!!!!!! Frustrated Much!

@virginmedia Your customer service is something else. 12 days I have been without my landline number since new installation! And 10+ hours wasted on the phone to resolve the issue to now avail! How am I suppose to run a buisness without it please tell me!

@virginmedia after 21 yrs with VM they have let me down badly. Moving to new home and they have disconnected my present phone but can’t now install at new home tmrw as arranged. To wait 2 more weeks and because THEY disconnected here can’t turn on again.

@virginmedia It is in fact a hub 3 I was misinformed by a family member but we seem to have identified the problem...the power line adaptor was flashing red. I disconnected my iMac from the power line adaptor in my study and it's working acceptably just with wifi.

@virginmedia please will you take the Destiny 2 errors seriously almost all UK Destiny 2 players cannot access the game there are literally 1000's of posts from Virgin Customers on their forums but they are adamant it's you. Please escalate this and resolve. Ty. Cc @BungieHelp

@bagwaa @Brunty @virginmedia I’m almost 18 on. It’s still not working right. Not for me, nor anyone on my estate. They don’t care and WONTFIX. luckily we have just had OR lay fibre mid last year. Switched to a 1000/110 service. Night and day. Latency is 4-8x less. Upstream is 4x.
