@dunleavy138 @NOWTV @virginmedia I've never had virgin so can't really answer about them...but the NowTV box with Entertainment package seems to do for D. It has comedy, movies, Sky channels Etc., and it's no contract and far cheaper than alternatives.

@virginmedia Your customer service is something else. 12 days I have been without my landline number since new installation! And 10+ hours wasted on the phone to resolve the issue to now avail! How am I suppose to run a buisness without it please tell me!

@virginmedia I no longer need your service, has I cancelled my broadband and TV package, I’m so happy I don’t have to deal with the 1 hour long phone calls anymore, arrogant customer service person, the WiFi going off in my area every week and to pay for service that I never got

@virginmedia I am having to rest my hub 3.0 up to 10 times a day due to connections dropping out. I have checked and it states no service issues every time I check on the website and am not getting a response from the customer service chat.

@virginmedia We had 1 gig service installed in June and barely get half that speed. No more excuses please
