    @virginmedia I think some urgent training is required from the ground up! I’ve spoke to 4 different people and been told it’s four different things either way Virgin Landlines are now useless as when broadbands down you cannot make any urgent calls to any priority services!

    @virginmedia I honestly can say I've never had my intelligence insulted as much as your customer services has insulted me by saying I'd agreed to pay £62 a month for broadband.Its not good enough & people need to know what they are getting into.I was warned on social media before I joined tbh

    @virginmedia Yep… 45 mins on the phone and I’m sorted. Lovely people but you have worst customer service process around. Just pray nothing goes wrong with virgin. Thanks anyway
